La turbina è costituita da una camera a base ottagonale con al centro un’asse rotante verticale alettato che qui chiamiamo ROTORE, (dis. n. 1). The turbine consists of an octagonal base chamber with a finned vertical rotating axis in the center which we call here ROTOR, (dis. No. 1).
La camera è divisa in otto settori uguali da pannelli verticali posizionati alla base sulle rette che, tangenti la sezione del rotore, intersecano ognuna un vertice dell'ottagono.
