La presente invenzione riguarda un materassino, in particolare un materassino utilizzabile su una superficie piana per sostenere il corpo o una parte del corpo di un utente in varie posizioni confortevoli, ortopedicamente corrette e vantaggiose dal punto di vista medico. Scopo della presente invenzione è pertanto quello di fornire un materassino esente dai suddetti inconvenienti ed utilizzabile non esclusivamente per la pratica fisioterapica, ma anche in altri settori terapeutici e per il riposo. Detto scopo viene conseguito con un materassino le cui caratteristiche principali sono specificate nella prima rivendicazione ed altre caratteristiche sono specificate nelle rivendicazioni successive. Con riferimento alla figura 1, si vede che il materassino secondo la prima forma realizzativa dell’invenzione comprende un elemento poggiatesta 1 di forma parallelepipeda ed un elemento sagomato 2 atto a sostenere il corpo dell’utente. Detto elemento sagomato 2 ha una sezione longitudinale sostanzialmente quadrangolare e presenta una superficie anteriore 2a, verticale e di altezza maggiore rispetto all’altezza dell’elemento poggiatesta 1, ma minore rispetto all’altezza massima dell’elemento sagomato 2, che si ha in corrispondenza dello spigolo tra una superficie superiore 2b ed una superficie posteriore 2c. Di conseguenza, la superfìcie superiore 2b, sulla quale può adagiarsi il busto dell’utente in posizione prona, è inclinata in avanti verso l’elemento poggiatesta 1. Inoltre, il materassino secondo la presente invenzione può essere realizzato in lattice naturale aerato o altro materiale plastico espanso se destinato ad un uso domestico o ospedaliero, in particolare per la cura di piaghe da decubito, ferite o ustioni o per favorire i deflussi bronchiali postoperatori. RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Materassino comprendente un elemento sagomato (2), il quale è atto a sostenere il corpo di un utente (4) ed è provvisto almeno di una superficie anteriore (2a), una superfìcie superiore (2b) atta a sostenere il busto dell’utente (4), una superficie posteriore (2c) atta a sostenere le cosce dell’utente (4) ed una superficie inferiore (2d), caratterizzato dal fatto che un primo angolo diedro (a) compreso tra la superficie superiore (2b) ed un piano verticale ha un’apertura compresa tra 90° e 120° ed un secondo angolo diedro (β), compreso tra la superficie posteriore (2c) ed un piano orizzontale ha un’apertura compresa tra 15° e 45° 2. Materassino secondo la rivendicazione precedente, caratterizzato dal fatto che caratterizzato dal fatto che l’angolo diedro (a) compreso tra la superficie superiore (2b) ed un piano verticale ha un’apertura di circa 95° ed il secondo angolo diedro (β), compreso tra la superficie posteriore (2c) ed un piano orizzontale ha un’apertura di circa 30°. 3. Materassino secondo la rivendicazione precedente, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto elemento poggiatesta (1) presenta una forma sostanzialmente parallelepipeda la cui altezza è inferiore all’altezza di tale elemento sagomato 6. Materassino secondo la rivendicazione 4 o 5, caratterizzato dal fatto che la larghezza dell’elemento poggiatesta (1) è circa la metà della larghezza dell’elemento sagomato (2). 7. Materassino secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 4 a 6, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’elemento poggiatesta (1) e l’elemento sagomato (2) sono uniti mediante almeno un elemento di collegamento (3). 8. Materassino secondo la rivendicazione precedente, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’elemento di collegamento (3) è costituito da una striscia di tessuto fissata all’elemento poggiatesta (1) e all’elemento sagomato (2). 9. Materassino secondo la rivendicazione precedente, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’elemento di collegamento (3) è costituito da una striscia di tessuto fissata all’elemento poggiatesta (1) o all’elemento sagomato (2) in maniera amovibile. 10. Materassino secondo una qualsiasi delle precedenti rivendicazioni, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’elemento poggiatesta (1) e/o l’elemento sagomato (2) comprendono un telaio rigido imbottito esternamente. 11. Materassino secondo una qualsiasi delle precedenti rivendicazioni, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’elemento poggiatesta (1) e/o l’elemento sagomato (2) sono realizzati in materiale plastico espanso, in particolare lattice naturale aerato. 12. Materassino secondo una qualsiasi delle precedenti rivendicazioni, caratterizzato dal fatto che l’elemento poggiatesta (1) e/o l’elemento sagomato (2) sono costituiti da un cuscino gonfiabile. 13.
