L’idea alla base della presente invenzione à ̈ quella di realizzare un dispositivo di imballaggio comprendente una impugnatura ed un rotolo di film plastico, in cui il rotolo di film plastico à ̈ accoppiato all’impugnatura in modo non amovibile. Dispositivo (D) manuale di imballaggio per bagagli caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere: - una impugnatura (10) comprendente almeno un primo (1) ed un secondo corpo (2) tra loro accoppiabili, - un mezzo di accoppiamento non amovibile (15,25) tra detto primo (1) e detto secondo corpo (2) - una bobina di film plastico (20) in cui detto primo corpo (1) comprende una sede di alloggiamento (4) per detta bobina (20), detta sede (4) essendo delimitata almeno da una prima sporgenza radiale (11) solidale con detto primo corpo (1) e da una seconda sporgenza radiale (21) solidale con detto secondo corpo (2), dette sporgenze radiali (11,21) essendo atte ad impedire lo sfilamento di detta bobina (20) da detta sede (4) agendo su lati opposti di quest’ultima - un collare (3) girevolmente montato su detta seconda parte (2).
