DESCRIPTION: The present invention relates to a device for the separation and subsequent use of sewage in closed containers intended for fertilization. All remember the traditional fertilizers in which soft and liquid waste were treated with straw and then digested by oxidative bacteria, in order to obtain the manure to be conveyed to the fields. However, in the present invention the process has been improved by separating the spring from the liquid; already. the Norwegian W009608616 separated the spring from the liquid, but dried the former, and evaporated the latter stinkingly, without taking into account the need to keep the fertilizer alive; in the present invention. illustrated in Table 1. the spring will be recirculated in the tank (3) by means of the filtering conveyor belt (2), activated by the gearmotor (18): it will arrive in (6) through the tube (5), possibly equipped with a peristaltic pump and sent to the digester (6); after a month, the two containers (6) of the springs will be exchanged and the new container will come out of the toilet by means of the reversal of the belt (2). The liquid containing the flushing water will then continue in the second container (4), where the urea will be separated first: considering the production of urea of 30 gr. A day each, in a month four people will produce 3.6 kg .; at the outlet of the liquid inlet pipes of the tank (4) there will be a conveyor belt (31) evacuating the surfactants with a one-month cycle. (The surfactants will be treated through the entry of (8) of blown air, and separation in (9) of the micelles). The subsequent purification of the urea waters will take place through beds of activated carbon (11), clays (12), calcium hydroxide (13); and left to pour into the storage tank (20), where the heat source (21) will favor the boiling towards the pipe (22) that will lead to the condenser (23) to return to the toilet (24) through the tank (25); the non-return valve (30) will prevent the upward return. Periodically, the solid urea will be scraped off the bottom of the boiler. We now come to quantify the necessary volumes: 1- HARD: 4 people for 30 per day to 1 kg. For a little water, plus 40 kg. Of sawdust for a total of 180 kg / month in an 80x80 cm container. 30 cm high. plus 10 cm. for the filter belt. 2- URINE: I drink one liter per day x 4 people x 30 days = 120 liters, plus the residual part after the separation of the solid. 3- RINSE: the volume of capacity is 10 liters out of 20 of the container; for 4 people: 6 droppings per day for 20 kg. x 30 days = 300 liters per month; for 4 people: 5 pisses per day for 10 kg. x 30 days = 7,000 liters per month. For a total of 10 cubic meters to boil; the condensate returns to the toilet; the elevated tank will be 10 cubic meters if it boils at the end of the month; 100 liters if boiling continuously, with continuous relapse and continuous relapse in the toilet tank; 4- TRANSPORT OF RESIDUAL WATER: after killing the germs with hydrochloric acid and subsequent neutralization with NACL in stoichiometric proportions, it boils (Table 2). We now come to illustrate in Table 2 the water treatment: the relative drains, through a drain pipe (2), reach the tank (1), on the bottom of which there will be the scraper belt (11) of the residue (3); the boiling will take place by means of the heat source (4), and of the solar rays (6), which, deflected by the adjustable mirrors (5) and concentrators (7), will reach the fire on the free surface of the water, evaporating towards the chimney (10) and the recovery water condenser (8) (9). We now come to consider how to treat the solid digesters in Table 3 (6) Table 1: if you want to use part of the solid waste in order to obtain methane gas to be reused in the domestic kitchen, the relative device will assume a different shape: for first, digestion will be anaerobic at the optimum temperature of 39 ° C (Γ admitted is between 37 and 40 ° C); then it will be necessary to grind the straw in order to obtain the product to be modified into methane; thirdly, the device will be rotating, in order to accelerate the digestive process, taking as a basis what happens in the rumie of the ox, at the time of ingestion of fresh alfalfa, digestion such as to cause abnormal swelling. As is known, the following substances are present in the rumen of the ox: a) 50% proteins resulting from epithelial residues and microorganisms, originating proteins, b) 50% of digestites (keratins, carbohydrates, polysaccharides, cellulose, lignin). In order to accelerate the digestion of undigested products, it will be necessary to operate in an anaerobic environment at a temperature of about 39 degrees in mixing, due to the rotation of the device, and at a pressure of about 1.2 bar; beyond this pressure, the vents located on the central axis of the rotary digester will open: otherwise biological digestion would be stopped; the residual gases in the breather will be composed of about 50% of carbon dioxide and about 50% of methane; but the addition of chopped straw will lead this percentage to shift in favor of methane. The fermentation bacteria must be cultured separately: if the digested rumen is placed in a test tube, it will be observed that a dark ground residue will settle on the bottom; on its surface (free hair) there will be the bacterial culture of cellilomonas, clear, to be used together with the ground residue; by introducing this cultivated residue into our digester, thanks to the anaerobic action of proteolytic and aminolytic bacteria, such as cellilomonas, acetic, propionic and bulitic acids will be obtained; as acid by-products, we will get carbon dioxide and methane to be evacuated into the breather at 1.2 bar; carbon dioxide will be further oxidized into methane by metanbacterium, in the presence of protozoa; cellulosodium bacteria will cause anaerobic fermentation in acetic acid and from there into carbon dioxide and methane; methanbacteria, in fact, will reduce carbon dioxide to methane, with the subtraction of oxygen; but methane is not always formed: it is the plugging that solves the problem of sulfuric anhydride (hydrogenated ammonia); in fact, an excess of proteins buffers the ammonium methane; the hydrogenation of unsaturated fats (oleic, linoleic and paimitic) means that the double bonds do not transform into saturated products; and here, in order to obtain a greater percentage of methane, outside the bovine rumen, the percentage of powdered cellulose, mixed with metanbacterium, is increased in anaerobic digestion (in the absence of oxygen). Therefore, weekly the rotary digester will be replaced with another identical one, and transported (in order to pour it together with the proteins referred to in item (a)) to the final centralized digester, where aerobic composting will take place in order to obtain nitrates to be sent to the fields, while the methane gas, evacuated from the pressurized vents of the digester, will be purified and conveyed, by means of a pump (preferably with vane), to the methane tank placed in a position suitable to feed the gas cooker of the house itself (26 Table 1). But we now come to illustrate in Table 3 in more detail the procedure for the treatment of soft residues: in Table 3.a the decanting separator of the active material taken from the bovine rumen is illustrated: in the tank (1), there is the belt conveyor (2) driven by the motor-reducer (3); it transports, in turn, the material from the seabed (4), together with the bacterial layer (5), while the liquid part (6), which cannot be reused, remains in the tank, from which it will be periodically taken; in Table 3.b there is the actual rotary digester (1): on the base (2) there is the motor-reducer (3), designed to rotate the drum (1), whose ovoid shape will help decant down the heaviest part; in (4) there will be the injection pump (at a pressure of 1, 2 bar) of the product to be digested, together with the active material and the ground straw; in (5) the stove with thermostats suitable for obtaining the temperature in the container fixed at 39 degrees centigrade; the methane gas will come out from the vent (6) to be conveyed to the methane tank serving the kitchen; the pressure switch will regulate the pressure of 1, 2 bar. We never praise the importance of the present invention too much: that it allows human manure to be used in the fields, instead of conveying it to the sewers (therefore the riverbed will not be contaminated, nor will it be possible to drink water contaminated by the stray currents that communicate the two pipes). Independent houses can be obtained; compared to the Norwegian invention, it has the advantage of not ruining the fertilizer value of the treaty and of eliminating the very harmful sewers. The reaction methane gases in the digestion of the ox will be used in the kitchen as a gaseous fuel.
