RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Bollino autoadesivo per confezioni di prodotti farmaceutici comprendente uno strato superiore in materiale cartaceo stampabile ed uno strato intermedio in materiale siliconico, a cui detto strato superiore è fissato in modo amovibile, detto strato intermedio essendo a sua volta amovibilmente fissato ad uno strato di supporto prima di essere da esso rimosso per essere applicato in modo permanente alla confezione del prodotto farmaceutico, detto strato intermedio presentando un'estensione maggiore di quella di detto strato superiore così da definire un lembo laterale in vista, almeno una porzione di superficie di detto strato superiore essendo destinata a contenere in caratteri alfanumerici a stampa dati relativi al prodotto farmaceutico, a suoi codici numerici di riferimento e al titolare dell'autorizzazione all'immissione in commercio (AIC), caratterizzato dal fatto che su un'altra porzione di superficie di detto strato superiore è riportato un codice a matrice bidimensionale suscettibile di lettura ottica in cui sono riportati dall'autorità competente tutti i dati di legge relativi al prodotto, essendo prevista un'ulteriore porzione di superficie di detto strato superiore destinata ad un ulteriore codice a matrice bidimensionale suscettibile di lettura ottica per consentire a terzi di riportare dati accessori relativi al prodotto farmaceutico sulla sua confezione.
