Description
"UN TUBETTO IN RESINA SINTETICA PER L'AVVOLGIMENTO DI FI-LATI IN ROCCHE, CON FESSURE DI RITEGNO AUTOMATICO PER LE SPIRE DI-FILO DI RISERVA" "A SYNTHETIC RESIN TUBE FOR THE WINDING OF THREADS IN SPOOLS, WITH AUTOMATIC RETAINING SLOTS FOR THE RESERVE WIRE COILS"
DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a support or tube on which the yarn is wound to form reels intended for subsequent processing (dyeing, warping, weaving or other) which provides an annular area at one end or on both ends of the support, for winding of some turns of available "reserve" yarn 2 intended for connection with the yarn of contiguous packages. To ensure the placement of the spare yarn turns? A channel has been provided to accommodate the reserve coils. Even with this expedient in many cases the wires of the reserve coils are not very stable and are easily unwound especially starting from the extremity. of the reserve yarn, due to the manipulations suffered by the cones during the subsequent processes d? processing. We then resort to retaining the ends of the reserve yarn for the most part? fixing it manually in special notches or by other means.
In the PCT / IT00 / 00302 of the same owner? It has been planned to create, in correspondence with the aforementioned annular channel to automatically engage the reserve yarn - at least one slot extending circumferentially and with external profiles leading to the slot, so that the yarn of the various turns of the reserve yarn is repeatedly wedged into the crack obtaining a retaining effect. At least two slots have been provided along the channel for the spare wire. Inside the or each slot? a possible spaced wall with respect to the aforesaid slot has also been provided to create an interspace. Said wall can? be developed from the terminal annular edge towards the inside of the tube, or can it? arise from the inside up to flank the terminal edge inside it. The or each slot can? have a wavy course; mostly? can submit p? appendages protruding into the slot from the opposite longitudinal edges of the slot itself and staggered with respect to each other, which exert a retention effect on the thread of the reserve coils which wedges into the slot thus? defined and that exceeds said appendages, Does the presence of the reserve annular canal create some difficulties? for the unwinding of the reserve yarn, at the moment in which this yarn must be used, which can? be damaged in the manipulations that it undergoes upon extraction.
It has been surprisingly foreseen that with the presence of said slits a retention effect of the reserve yarn turns is obtained even without the presence of the annular channel; and ? it was also surprisingly found that in this way you can? to easily obtain the recovery of the reserve yarn without risk of damaging it when it is extracted.
Therefore, the tube according to the invention has at least one of the ends? - where are the spare yarn turns to be formed - a cylindrical surface without annular channel but? with at least one circumferential slot, that is? according to its curvature along said cylindrical surface. The slit or slits have a "wavy" pattern in which the corresponding portions of the turns of reserve yarn penetrate and are retained therein. The extraction of the yarn? facilitated why? the turns of spare yarn do not find the obstacle of the side of the channel, while the retention of the turns? ensured by the "wavy" morphology of the cracks or better.
To obtain the wavy pattern and the retention effect, the edges of the or of each crack have more? appendages protruding into the crack from opposite longitudinal edges of the crack and offset relative to each other.
The appendix or appendages arising from one edge of the crack result with their extreme far from the opposite edge of the crack of an entity? lower than the protrusion of the appendix or appendages arising from said opposite edge of the slot; in this way the thread is inserted into the slot with a slight alternating deviation, in a zig-zag, which d? rise to the "undulation" of the yarn, up to the overcoming of the appendages themselves.
Inside the cracks can? be expected a cylindrical wall, which can? extend from the inside towards the terminal annular edge of the tube, or from the terminal edge towards the inside. Said wall can? be annular or can? be limited to areas where the cracks are located.
Nel disegno: la The drawing shows a practical non-limiting embodiment of the invention. In the drawing: the

Nelle Figg. In Figs. 1 to 3 with 1? indicated the synthetic resin tube, of which with 3? indicated a cylindrical wall c step at the end? of the tube, on which wall 3 turns F of reserve thread can be wound. The tube, underneath the edge 3A delimiting the step, is perforated with provisions of any of the types of designs of the perforations with which a tube can be used. be realized. The tube can? present the lower edge shaped in such a way that an overlying support can? be engaged and surround the wall 3 and to lean on the side 3A. be made to wrap turns of spare yarn in it.
In the cylindrical wall 3 is provided - according to the invention - at least one slot 5 or better two or more? slits, each of which develops in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical wall 3 for an entity? limited but sufficient for the purposes indicated below, in the wall 3 can be provided more? slits 5, as shown in Fig. 3, regularly distributed along the circumference. The slot 5 respectively each slot 5 characteristically has a plurality of of appendages 1 and 9 projecting from the longitudinal edges of the slots 5, each towards the opposite edge; in the illustrated solution two appendages 7 are provided along the lower edge (looking at Fig. 1) of the slot 5 and a single central appendage 9 which protrudes from the upper edge of the said slot. The appendages 7, 7 and 9 are offset so that the slot 5 is substantially undulated, due to the presence of two appendages 7 and an intermediate and opposite appendage 9. Each of the appendages protrudes from the longitudinal edge of the slot 5 from which it arises, up to a distance from the opposite longitudinal edge, c: he? lower than the protrusion of the appendix or appendages projecting from said opposite edge; therefore, considering the appendices 7 and 9 equal to each other, the extremity? of each appendage exceeds the median line X-X equidistant between the two mutually opposite longitudinal edges of said slot 5; therefore the undulation of the light defined in the slot 5 is accentuated by the presence of the appendages such as those 7 and 9. Furthermore, as seen in particular in Fig. 2, the external surface 7A and 9A from the appendices 7 and 9? shaped by invitation towards the inside, determining with us? - in the radial direction - a decreasing radial dimension of the respective appendage from the base of the same nascent along the longitudinal edge of the slot 5, up to the extremity. The appendices 7 can arise backward with respect to the side 3A, and the appendix or appendages 9 can arise flush or also backward with respect to the wall 3. The ends? 5A of or of each slot 5 can be slightly rounded, as can be seen in particular in Fig. 3.
5A, e comunque trovandosi all'interno delle dette appendici 7 e 9. When they are placed on the wall 3, the coils of the reserve wire F, in the section in which they rest in correspondence with or of each of the slits 5, penetrate between the appendages 7 and 9. being facilitated by the lead-in profile 7A and 9A of said appendices 7 and 9; cos? the wire F goes beyond the said appendages towards the inside, to position itself as? indicated in particular in Figs. 2 and 3 with a circumference chord, resting on the end profiles? 5A of the slot 5 and being able to be slightly deviated from the appendages 7 pi? close to the extremities? 5A, and in any case being within said appendices 7 and 9.
This arrangement is repeated in correspondence with all the cracks 5 obtained in the wall 3, and so? the turns of yarn are held in a way that is sufficient to prevent the unwinding of the reserve yarn turns, but in a sufficiently limited way to allow easy extraction of one or more? coils or of all the coils of yarn from the inside of the appendices 7 and 9, to allow the connection of the ends? of the thread of a cone to the thread of a contiguous cone, for the continuity? of the uses of the yarn accumulated in the bobbins of the tube supports in question. The settlement of the wire in position F is spontaneous, that is? automatic without the need? operator intervention. The number of appendages in each slot 5 must be sufficient to ensure the retaining effect; so ? at least one pair of opposite appendages or better at least one set of three appendages such as those indicated with 7 and 9 in the drawing should be provided. The number of slots 5 pu? be three or four, each of a suitable length.
Si pu? ottenere questa schermatura prevedendo, nello spessore del tubetto 11, una parete 11A cilindrica estendentesi dal bordo del tubetto vers? l'interno, in corrispondenza di ciascuna fessura 5 e cistanziata limitatamente dalla fessura e dalle sue appendici 7 e 9, per la presenza di un interspazio 20, dove si vengono a disporre i tratti del filo di riserva F. Pu? advantageously, it is envisaged to internally shield the slot 5 to prevent the passage through it of the liquid under pressure fed into a stack of tubes for treating the yarns, for example in a dyehouse. Can you? to obtain this shielding by providing, in the thickness of the tube 11, a cylindrical wall 11A extending from the edge of the tube towards? the interior, in correspondence with each slot 5 and limitedly spaced by the slot and its appendages 7 and 9, due to the presence of an interspace 20, where the sections of the reserve wire F are arranged.
In the variant of Fig. 4? a cylindrical wall 111A is provided which extends from the inside to the edge, for a gap 120 similar to that 20.
