RIVENDICAZIONI I)IL TROVATO è caratterizzato da un foro passante dove viene alloggiata la capsula, il filtro viene inserito nel braccetto, il bordo di appoggio fa tenuta con la guarnizione presente nelle doccette di tutte le macchine da caffè, il foro passante del filtro crea l’appoggio della capsula e pure la tenuta per non trafilare, creando un percorso obbligato per l’acqua che può passare solo attraverso la capsula. II) IL TROVATO può essere realizzato sia in materiale ferroso che plastico, sia da materiale pieno che stampato. Ili) IL TROVATO potrà essere realizzato in tutti i materiali adatti all’uso alimentare che resistono alle temperature superiori a 70° . IV)IL TROVATO potrà essere realizzato anche su base fissa a corpo unico facente parte del braccetto porta filtro.
