IL TROVATO E' COMPOSTO DA UN VEICOLANTE DI RESINA TRASPARENTE (A) ALLA QUALE SONO AGGIUNTE E MISCELATE CASUALMENTE DELLE PARTICELLE DI PIGMENTO COLORATO INCAPSULATO IN UNA MICROBOLLA SFERICA (B) E DELLE MICROPARTICELLE Di CARBONGRAFFITE (C). IN FASE DI STAMPA SU CARTA (D) E SOTTO PRESSIONE DEI RULLI (E) LE MICROBOLLE INCAPSULATE SI ROMPONO LIBERANDO IL COLORE (F) CREANDO COSI' UN DISEGNO MAPPALE DI FONDO UNIVOCO E IRRIPETIBILE DESCRIZIONE DELL'INVENZIONE : L'univocità è il futuro in difesa del prodotto e del brand, essa si differenzia dall'anticontraffazione seriale per la sua particolarità di segno irrepetibile , originale, impossibile da ricostruire e se copiato, o imitato e' marcatamente riconoscibile apocrifo o falsato. Un segno univoco dà ad ogni prodotto su, cui è apportato una "impronta digitale" unica, ersonalizzata e identificativa rilevabile qualsiasi momento e luogo per un controllo di proprietà a totale garanzia della originalità. Un ruolo importante nella prevenzione alla contraffazione del prodotto sono i differenti inchiostri di sicurezza, inizialmente essi sono un forte deterrente per il falsario, ma dopo averne individuato la formulazione sono vulnerabili poiché la maggior parte di essi sono generici riformulabili e seriali mentre il trovato che andiamo a descrivere è un particolare inchiostro “personalizzato" che rende univoco ogni segno di stampa. L'inchiostro, è composto da un veicolante; trasparente o non di diversa natura a secondo della stampa, FIG.1 (A) . in cui vengono miscelate dei microgranuli sferici di colore incapsulato FIG.1 (B) aggiunti a microparticelle di carbongraffite naturale FIG.1 (C) .In sede di stampa offset o flexografica su carta o altro supporto FIG.1 (D) la pressione dei rulli che distribuiscono l'inchiostro FIG.1 (E) rompono i microgranuli: colorati, distribuiti casualmente nel veicolante, formano delle chiazze colorate di diversa grandezza e formato FIG.1 (F) che con le microparticelle di carbongraffite creano un dato con un mappale di fondo univoco e irripetibile visibile e rilevabile con una telecamera. Il dato può essere poi salvato in digitale ,trattato e archiviato tramite un software in un data-base per una comparazione di autenticità su una futura lettura remota Concludendo il trovato non è un semplice inchiostro di sicurezza da stampa ma si differenzia per la particolarita delle microparticelle sferiche di colore incapsulato che sotto pressione formano delle macchie originali distinte le une dalle altre per dimensione e disegno circonferenziale che ne determinano un segno con un "imprinting " univoco formato dal un mappale di fondo che data la sua particolarità di casualità compositiva è chiaramente impossibile da ricostruire. Un dato insindacabile di originalità del prodotto registrato e archiviato in sede di produzione e che in futuro un ente di ispezione chiamato in giudizio potrà portare come prova di comparazione vero-falso su un prodotto similare contraffatto In pratica alcuni particolari del trovato potranno variare senza uscire dall'ambito del trovato e quindi dallo stesso dominio dell'invenzione.
