L'invenzione riguarda la struttura e la conformazione di un elemento composito costituito da una pietra, o da altro elemento decorativo sferoidale, e da mezzi di aggancio con cui realizzare articoli ornamentali, quali collane, bracciali, orecchini ed altri articoli nel campo della oreficeria, argenteria e della bigiotteria in generale. The invention relates to the structure and conformation of a composite element consisting of a stone, or other spheroidal decorative element, and of hooking means with which to make ornamental articles, such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other articles in the field of goldsmithing, silverware and costume jewelery in general.

Sono conosciuti elementi decorativi costituiti da una pietra, da una pallina od oliva in metallo, normalmente a conformazione sferoidale, con foro passante attraversato da un perno che in un primo caso congiunge due dischetti rifinitori di estremità a cui il perno è saldato e dai quali, o da almeno uno dei quali, emerge un anulare di aggancio. In un terzo caso, il perno attraversante la pietra o altro elemento decorativo sferoidale è ripiegato ad entrambe le estremità a formare due anulari di attacco che, nel contempo, impediscono all’elemento decorativo ogni scorrimento sul perno che l’attraversa. Quest’ultimo caso dà origine a prodotti di bassa qualità ed è utilizzato prevalentemente nel campo della bigiotteria per prodotti di basso costo. In esso infatti sono ben visibili le estremità del foro sulla pietra o altro elemento decorativo che normalmente presentano irregolarità o microrotture. Negli altri due casi il prodotto ottenuto è di pregio molto superiore, però richiede operazioni di saldatura con cui il o i dischetti rifinitori di estremità vengono ancorati al perno passante. Ciò determina il riscaldamento dell'elemento decorativo che, nel caso di una pietra, può causarne l’aumento di fragilità, con probabile rottura allorché, quando viene indossato, subisca un urto accidentale con un corpo rigido. In tale situazione viene richiesta la sua sostituzione con altra pietra non sempre reperibile uguale a quella rotta e comunque incontrando grosse difficoltà, poiché il monile da riparare deve essere riportato al produttore con un percorso inverso attraverso la catena di distribuzione. Scopo della presente invenzione è quello di realizzare una pietra o altro elemento decorativo, normalmente richiamanti la forma sferoidale, corredati di foro passante, combinati con elementi metallici, il cui assemblaggio fornisca un prodotto di elevate qualità ed eleganza e non richieda punti di saldatura e quindi riscaldamenti che risulterebbero dannosi nel caso in cui l'elemento decorativo fosse una pietra. E' inoltre necessario che gli elementi metallici siano provvisti di conformazioni tali da nascondere il foro passante sulla pietra o altro e siano muniti di anse o comunque di mezzi di aggancio per consentirne la connessione meccanica con altri corrispondenti, quando si intende originare una successione come nel caso di catene, o con altri mezzi e componenti nella realizzazione di articoli ornamentali diversi. Le due staffe, o comunque i mezzi di aggancio, ne consentono il collegamento da uno o da entrambi i lati con altri elementi o componenti, permettendone l'utilizzo comunque diversificato nel campo ornamentale. Nei disegni sono stati indicati con 1 l'elemento decorativo ed in particolare la pietra decorativa, con 2 il foro in esso, con 3 il perno destinato ad attraversare il foro 2, con 4 i dischi rifinitori, con 5 i tronchi tubolari e con 6 le staffe di aggancio. E’ infine indicata con 7 la deformazione prodotta sul tronco tubolare 5 e trasmessa al perno 3 in modo da congiungerli stabilmente.
