Con riferimento alla figura 1, la suola secondo il trovato (1), nella sua versione monolitica in materiali termoplastici, presenta in corrispondenza della mezza pianta anteriore una zona centrale ribassata (2), o vasca, entro cui sono ottenute, nella stessa fase e con lo stesso materiale di stampaggio, alcune coppie di alette flessibili (3a e 3b) aggettanti verso l’alto ed aventi sviluppo perpendicolare rispetto all’asse longitudinale della suola medesima (1). RIVENDICAZIONI 1) Suola per calzature ad effetto ventilante, caratterizzata per il fatto di recare, al centro della faccia superiore della propria mezza pianta, una vasca (2 o 12) dal fondo della quale aggetta una serie trasversale di alette flessibili (3 a, 3b o 13), a sviluppo continuo o segmentato, che recano un’altezza all’incirca pari alla profondità della vasca (2 o 12) ed estremità laterali leggermente discoste dai bordi (2a o 12a) che delimitano il perimetro della la vasca stessa (2 o 12); essendo previsto che detta suola (1) rechi, in corrispondenza del tacco, una valvola unidirezionale di sfiato (7 o 17) atta ad evacuare verso l’esterno lara che esce forzatamente dal retro della vasca anzidetta (2 o 12).
