Divano letto comprendente almeno un telaio fisso ed almeno una coppia di telai mobili atti ad essere spostati da una prima posizione nella quale essi sono sostanzialmente sovrapposti fra di loro e al telaio fisso, questa posizione corrispondendo all’impiego come divano, ad una seconda posizione, corrispondente all'impiego come letto, nella quale essi sono sostanzialmente affiancati tra di loro e al telaio fisso, le operazioni per portare il divano letto da una condizione all'altra e viceversa essendo permesse, per ciascun lato del divano, da un complesso di aste colleganti i suddetti telai mobili tra di loro e al telaio fisso le quali comprendono almeno un'asta collegante simultaneamente tra di loro i suddetti telai mobili ed il telaio fisso la quale coopera con almeno una coppia di aste la prima delle quali collega il secondo telaio mobile al primo telaio mobile, mentre la seconda collega tra di loro il primo telaio mobile con il telaio fisso, caratterizzato dal fatto che le due aste (22) colleganti tra di loro il primo telaio mobile (12) con il telaio fisso (10) si prolungano al di sotto di quest'ultimo oltre il punto d'imperniamento (25) e sono collegate da un'asta sostanzialmente trasversale (44) la quale è a sua volta collegata, tramite un cinematismo di rinvio, ad un pannello ribaltabile (74) imperniato, in corrispondenza del suo bordo inferiore, al lato posteriore del telaio fisso (10), detto pannello ribaltabile (74) essendo atto ad assumere due posizioni, la prima delle quali, sostanzialmente verticale, corrisponde alla condizione schienale del divano, mentre la seconda, sostanzialmente orizzontale, costituisce una porzione del piano d'appoggio del letto.
