R I A S S U N T O This hairdryer has the particularity? to have the flow of hot air with a source far from a handling and control diffuser, said source concerning: either the ventilation only, or the ventilation associated with the heating.
D E S C R I Z I O N E This invention refers to the field of hair dryers. How ? known, hair dryers or "hair dryers * consist of an appliance with a pistol grip equipped with an electric motor that drives a blowing fan (centrifugal or axial) and various electrical resistances, interposed along a duct for the passage of the blown air and to heat it before its exit from an outlet. These usual hair dryers have the drawback of having a small air flow rate, consequent to the fact that to move the air a power proportional to the amount of air is required. this power is supplied by an electric motor, the more this power is great the more this electric motor is also large and therefore heavy. Even adopting very fast electric motors, the possible capacities remain small. The adoption of these electric motors fast if, on the one hand, it allows greater air flows, on the other hand it causes considerable noise and short duration. articulatedly felt by hairdressers: a heaviness, or a noisiness, or a low flow rate, which could be acceptable by those who make a sporadic use of such hair dryers, is in fact unacceptable by those who, for their profession, must use them continuously for many hours a day. For these professionals, however, a not very powerful hair dryer has a direct economic effect in the longer time they have to take to dry. Another drawback of traditional hairdryers? constituted by their dangerousness: they can in fact cause electric shock. Not so much for the usual dangers typical of any household appliance, as for the fact that they can be carelessly used both with wet hands and while taking a bath immersed in the tub: their accidental fall into water, for example,? in fact a notorious cause of tragedy. The purposes of the present invention are: = to produce a hairdryer which can be equipped with a much higher flow rate of hot air than traditional ones; = implement there? even with great silence; make an extremely light hair dryer; = create a hairdryer that in particular versions can offer safety even in the event of a fall into the bath water; = create a long-lasting hairdryer; = to realize a hair dryer which has its outflow mouth which can be continuously choked; = make a hair dryer that has a flow of hot air and a large flow section to the point that it can also be used to heat the body diffusely: in a way that is? not allowed to the small flow rate typical of traditional hairdryers, which can? to carry out only strictly localized heating? why? annoying. These and other objects will appear as achieved by reading the following detailed description, illustrating a hair dryer having the particularity? of a flow of hot air created by a source far from a handling and control diffuser, said source concerning: either the ventilation only, or the ventilation associated with the heating. The invention? illustrated purely by way of indication, but not of limitation, in the attached drawing table in which: - Fig. 1 schematically shows a hairdryer used by a hairdresser; - fig. 2 shows a median section of a handling and control diffuser.
2A precedentemente calzata all'esterno dell'imboccatura filettata 3F. With reference to the aforementioned fig. 1, the hair dryer? essentially consisting of three parts: an air-blowing apparatus 1, a large flexible and light tube preferably floppy 2, a handling and control diffuser 3. The blowing apparatus 1? consisting of a usual fan 1A, preferably centrifugal due to the higher prevalence of this type with respect to that of axial fans; such higher prevalence? made opportune by the necessity? to overcome the pressure drops connected to the flexible pipe 2. This fan? contained inside a support box 1B; this box can? be either placed on a shelf R or on the ground S, or even fixed or hung on any vertical wall in a position not exposed to water. This fan, being equipped with a fixed support, can have any heaviness that was necessary to give it any useful pressure or flow rate. In particular, it allows you to operate at low speed? to get great silence? of exercise: precious in order not to alter the climate of relaxation in which the person treated by the hairdresser likes to find himself. Since these parameters can have any value, you can? well understand how it is possible to make the hair to be dried run over by an enormous silent flow of air: capable of drying them in a very short time, without having to resort to the annoying necessity? of high temperatures. The heating of the pu? take place in two places: either in a specific section of the initial ducting 1C, or in the handling diffuser 3; the choice of one or the other solution does not prejudice the fundamental result that one wanted to achieve, since? the usual electric resistances that can be used for heating have a negligible weight. In the hypothesis of locating the electric heating resistances directly on the diffuser, one would have the advantage of having the tube 2 run only by air at room temperature; advantage, why? thin films of cheap plastic such as, for example, polyethylene, having a negligible weight, could be used for its construction, due to the fact that the pipe can? also be of the floppy type. On the other hand, there would not be the absolute safety of the electrical anti-electrocution, which instead characterizes the version adopting the electrical resistance in the initial ducting section 1C. In fact, in this version, all the electrical parts? focused on box 1B. The location of the heating apparatus on box 1B requires a flexible tube that is heat resistant, so that the its construction requires technologies adopting suitable plastic materials, such as polycarbonate polysulfone, silicone rubbers, polytetrafluoroethylene, possibly combined with heat-resistant tubular fabrics. Such a flexible tube can? also be of the soft type and made with only tightly woven tubular fabric or a slightly permeable structure, for example of cotton. This version, although? pi? safe, ? obviously more? expensive; it for? it allows, on the other hand, an intrinsic advantage: that of being able to heat the air without letting it pass over the usual incandescent electric resistances which, for this reason, ionize the air with unhealthy effects on whom? subject to breathe it. In fact, since the box 1B is free from weight or size constraints, it can? perform the heating of the air in the initial ducting section 1C with less drastic means: i.e. by making it flow through large grids or metal heat exchange surfaces maintained at low temperature (e.g. 1000C) with traditional means (Joule effect, circulation of liquids, The box 1B can be equipped with support means 4 for the flexible tube 2 to reduce the handling effort exerted by an operator P. From what has been said there is therefore a multiplicity of versions and features, all in any case falling within the scope of what is expressly claimed. With reference to Fig. 2, the illustrated handling diffuser consists of a handle 3A, means 3B for attachment to the flexible tube 2, means 3C for adjusting the outflow section, 3D diffuser means for ejection of perfumed or balsamic essences, or other elements (dyes, glittering particles, etc.). If this diffuser is equipped with electrical resistances for the air heating, these should obviously be placed, according to known technique, in the position of the 3D ejector, which should be eliminated. In this case, the 3A handle will be able to? be equipped with the usual electric control buttons or switches. An example of means of attachment of the hose 2? consisting of a ring nut 3E, previously threaded outside the tube 2, screwed onto a threaded opening 3F by interposing an end? 2A previously fitted to the outside of the threaded opening 3F. Is there a gap between parts 3E and 3F that is recovered from the thickness of the extremity? 2A of the tube. The diffuser has a front part with parallel 3Q faces, to allow a sealed sliding guide at the ends? parallel of a surface 3L with cylindricity? concentric to an axis or pin 3H, around which it? pivoted. The shutter movement of this 3L surface? supplied by means of an offshoot or operating trigger 3M, assisted by an antagonist spring 3N which tends to return the surface-damper 3L to the closed position to obstruct the outflow port. 3P This trigger? it can be associated with a usual removable locking device in the maximum opening position. The 3L surface? integrated with a 3CT auxiliary surface? implementing a final outflow channel with a variable rectangular section, through cooperation with the other flat-parallel surfaces (of which, being the sectional drawing, only 3G is visible) and an abutment surface 3R. The air tightness between the sliding parts? entrusted to the extremes? with flexible sharp blade, such as 3S. The 3D ejector? integrated into a 3T male threaded tube on which? screwable a 3U socket nut, equipped with a plurality of of radial holes 3V through which air is sucked from the environment: pi? the cup nut? unscrewed, pi? there are numerous 3V holes involved in the transit of air, and therefore, greater? the quantity? of intake air. Such air can? thus reaching a 3Z sponge, removing any perfumed essences or balms which it had previously been soaked in. From this ejector could be made to flow into the air vein, cosmetic liquids, which could thus be diffused in the parts. body they are intended for.
