La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un dispositivo e relativo metodo per il tracciamento di impianti caseari in ottica di responsabilità sociale. The present invention relates to a device and relative method for tracking dairy plants from a social responsibility perspective.
Ad oggi le attività condotte all'interno degli stabilimenti produttivi caseari richiedono sempre maggiore sensibilità in ottica ambientale e di sicurezza per i lavoratori. E' quindi importante effettuare un mapping di tutti i principali rischi presenti all'interno dell'ambiente delimitato della produzione al fine di poter evitare che si verifichino dei danni. I principali rischi rilevati durante la produzione della mozzarella riguardano il rischio di scottatura nelle fasi di filatura e formatura manuale della mozzarella, precedentemente riscaldata. Durante la produzione di ricotta, invece, l'immissione di vapore per riscaldare il siero comporta un aumento del livello di rumore a cui sono soggetti gli addetti alla produzione della ricotta. Di conseguenza, l'esposizione continuativa a livelli di rumore medio-alti, può essere causa di danni uditivi e di danni extrauditivi.
