Struttura di filtro per macchine per caffè espresso comprendente una parete laterale avente un bordo superiore e chiusa inferiormente da un fondo forato, tramite una pluralità di fori, in modo da definire una camera di infusione, quando detta struttura di filtro è inserita in un portafiltro ed è associata ad una mandata di acqua di una macchina per caffè espresso; detta struttura di filtro essendo caratterizzata dal fatto che detto fondo forato presenta una zona diametrale priva di fori ed atta a separare detto fondo forato in due semiporzioni; detta zona diametrale suddividendo il flusso di infuso di caffè in due parti, dette parti di infuso colando con due colonne separate in modo da riversarsi in due rispettive tazzine poste al di sotto di detta struttura di filtro.
