Abstract

Viene descritto un dosatore volumetrico perfezionato, particolarmente adatto per l'alimentazione dosata di un prodotto disomogeneo e poco scorrevole, oltre che estremamente fragile, come i fiori di camomille, da introdurre in bustine-filtro. Esso comprende più unità dosatrici affiancate e, per consentire il funzionamento con macchine confezionatrici ad alta velocità, tutte alimentate da un unico contenitore sul fondo del quale sono previste tante coclee quante sono le unità dosatrici, per spingere il prodotto nel corrispondente canale verticale di carico. Detto canale, nel quale agisce un pistone pneumatico per compattare il prodotto nella sottostante camera dosatrice, è allineato con un foro passante attraverso una piastra fissa di supporto del dosatore vero e proprio, nonché con detta camera dosatrice ricavata in una seconda piastra, mobile, del dosatore, quando questa è nella posizione di carico, mentre nella posizione opposta di scarico di detta piastra la camera dosatrice è allineata con un secondo foro della prima piastra fissa di supporto per il passaggio di un pistone espulsore e con il foro di scarico di una terza piastra sottostante, fissa, del dosatore.
