Abstract

In un gruppo di iniezione (1) per macchine di stampaggio ad iniezione per la fabbricazione di pezzi di materiale plastico con un elemento di ugello (2), un'alimentatore di materiale (7), un gruppo cilindro-pistone (3, 4) disposto fra l'elemento di ugello (2) e l'alimentatore di materiale (7), un elemento di arresto (10) disposto fra il cilindro (4) e l'alimentatore di materiale (7) ed un dispositivo (21) per la compressione dell'elemento di ugello (2) sulla periferia della bocca d'iniezione di una forma di stampaggio ad iniezione è previsto, secondo l'invenzione, che l'elemento di ugello (2) e il pistone (3) guidato dal cilindro (4) formino un gruppo unico, per cui il canale dell'ugello (11) è allineato con un alesaggio assiale (13) nel pistone (3), che prosegue fino alla cavità interna del cilindro, e che, quando il pistone (3) è fermo, il cilindro (4) venga spostato nella direzione dell'asse longitudinale del pistone.
