Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un procedimento per produrre un sistema di eccitazione per motori a corrente principale con avvolgimenti di eccitazioni disposti con senso di avvolgimento alternato attorno ai poli della cassa polare.E' previsto il fatto di realizzare un sistema di eccitazione, senza che i conduttori impiegati presentino punti di sezionamento o di saldatura. A tale scopo è previsto che da un filo 10 a sezione circolare, isolati con vernice, venga prodotto un anello 12 mediante avvolgimento, questo venga sfalsato lateralmente nella propria zona inferiore e venga deformato mediante un dispositivo, che presenta punzoni 28, 32 nonché controsupporto 34, in modo che si ottiene un gruppo di avvolgimento che nella propria zona interna presenza aperture passanti 22 corrispondenti alle dimensioni di nuclei polari da racchiudere successivamente (figura 4).The invention relates to a method for producing an excitation system for main current motors with excitation windings arranged with an alternating winding direction around the poles of the polar case.
