Abstract

Dispositivo magnetico per la individuazione della posizione e direzione dell'asse di forature ossee, particolarmente del foro distale di protesi costituite da chiodi universati utilizzati nella riduzione di fratture ossee, il quale è costituito da un magnete permanente cilindrico inserito, tramite supporto guidato, nella cavità del chiodo fino a posizionare il suo asse coassialmente a quello del foro distale, da un centratore distate traslabile e girevole a contatto con la superficie ossea prossima a detto foro distale e da un elemento piano coassiale a detto centratore e portante tre sonde rilevatrici dell'intensità magnetica del magnete e disposte fra loro a 120° su una circonferenza, dette tre sonde essendo collegate ad un elaboratore-visore programmato per indicare i valori rilevati da dette sonde ed effettuarne la media in modo da consentire, traslando e ruotando su se stesso, detto centratore a contatto dell'osso, di individuare la posizione e la direzione dell'asse del magnete e quindi di quello del foro distate del chiodo.
