E' descritto un banco espositore a sviluppo verticale, con un vano refrigerato recante un'apertura d'accesso protetta da una barriera a velo d'aria refrigerata e provvista di mezzi di chiusura rimovibile; il banco è inoltre provvisto di mezzi di ventilazione per promuovere una circolazione non turbolenta d'aria ambiente tra la barriera ed i mezzi di chiusura, quando questi sono operativi, per impedire che fenomeni turbolenti disturbino la barriera a velo d'aria.
