Abstract

Procedimento di inietto-compressione per la realizzazione di un articolo (15) vulcanizzabile in materiale elastomerico che si compone di: una fase di iniezione in cui mediante un ugello di iniezione (8) viene introdotta in un semistampo inferiore (1) una quantità di materiale fluido (7) elastomerico avente, alla pressione di iniezione, un volume maggiore di quello dell'impronta, il materiale eccedente (10) il volume dell'impronta venendo raccolto al di fuori di essa in un recesso (9) situato in corrispondenza dell'ugello di iniezione (8) e comunicante con la detta impronta; e una fase di stampaggio, durante la quale l'ugello di iniezione (8) è rimpiazzato a tenuta di fluido da un elemento di forma identica (13) ma privo di recesso (9) per spingere per compressione, il materiale eccedente (10) all'interno dell'impronta, fino a indurimento.(Figure 1 e 3).
