Abstract

Viene realizzato un ugello di grande dimensione che può essere utilizzato in un sistema di distribuzione comprendente ugelli multipli per distribuire uniformemente fluido ad una superficie sottostante. L'ugello è a non-intasamento, lavora a pressioni di spruzzatura molto basse e distribuisce unifomemente fluide in una vasta area. L'ugello comprende un corpo principale ed un mezzo di deviazione a forma di piramide doppia sottostante. In operazione, l'ugello produce piani di fluido piatti uniformi e multipli. Quando usato in un sistema di distribuzione comprendente una pluralità di ugelli, i piani di fluido da un ugello si intersecano con piani di fluido da altri ugelli più volte in tutte le direzioni attorno all'ugello per disperdere il fluido. L'ugello è dotato inoltre di mezzi ad inserto di riduzione del flusso e di un dispositivo per la direzione del flusso. E' previsto inoltre un metodo originale di fissaggio dell'ugello di grande dimensione al tubo collettore.
