Abstract

L'invenzione si riferisce ad una macchina combinata per la lavorazione di prodotti di gelateria e di pasticceria. Scopo dell'invenzione è di realizzare una macchina che consenta di limitare il dispendio economico legato all'acquisizione delle diverse macchine per la fabbricazione di prodotti di gelateria e di pasticceria, risolvendo al tempo stesso i problemi legati all'ingombro di tali macchine. A tale scopo l'invenzione propone una macchina combinata del suddetto tipo comprendente un cilindro di lavorazione (1) associato a mezzi di refrigerazione (17) ed a mezzi di riscaldamento (18) attivabili alternativamente a seconda delle fasi di lavorazione nonchè dei mezzi agitatori (12, 12') facilmente intercambiabili in modo da consentire la lavorazione di pastorizzazione di diverse miscele liquide e la lavorazione di produzione di gelati, granatine e creme pasticcere in genere. Vantaggiosamente la macchina è provvista di un dispositivo elettronico (19, 20) di comando e di selezione dei diversi cicli di lavorazione desiderati.
