Abstract

Chiodo endomidollare per osteosintesi dinamica con un'estremità distale autobloccante per fratture della regione metadiafisaria omerale caratterizzato dal retto che è costituito da un tronchetto prossimale che ha la parte superiore inclinata e attraversata da un foro lungo il quale è invitabile il gambo di una vite che è solidarizzabile alla corticale ossea contrapposta, tronchetto al quale sono solidali assialmente le estremità di almeno due steli arcuati e deformabili elasticamente che alle estremità libere sono dotati di mezzi di vincolo reciproco temporaneo, mezzi che sono atti a mantenere le punte degli steli accostati fra di loro durante l'inserimento del chiodo nel canale midollare attraverso una delle due metadiafisi omerali e a liberare le punte quando il chiodo è in posizione corretta per consentire l'allargamento elastico degli steli che vanno con le punte ad ancorarsi all'osso spugnoso endomidollare fino talora a giungere a premere le pareti interne dell'osso provocando solidarietà fra mezzo di sintesi e osso.
