Abstract

The cavities (601 and 603) are positioned relative to the driven element (501) so that the torque of a force (F1 and F2) is applied to the hinging shaft (505), thus resulting in a low profile tip-up element (303). The connecting wires (531) extended between the folding element (303) and the body portion (301) are protected from damage by means of an arm (805) which pulls the wires (531) towards the center of the second shaft hinge shaft (527) and causing the second hinge shaft (527) to rotate together with the folding element (303).
