Abstract

Una pompa ad ingranaggi per l'impiego in un sistema di erogazione di liquidi dosati utilizza una coppia di piastre di usura di carbonio grafitico per aumentare le capacità di vuoto o di sollevamento ad aspirazione della pompa. Le piastre di usura sono disposte su lati opposti degli ingranaggi cilindrici della pompa, e sono sollecitate contro i lati degli ingranaggi per ridurre i giochi interni della pompa. La forza di sollecitazione è fornita da un 0-ring resiliente posizionato tra una superficie dell'alloggiamento della pompa ed una delle piastre di usura. Gli ingranaggi sono montati per compiere movimento limitato in modo tale che la sollecitazione di una piastra di usura è trasferita attraverso gli ingranaggi all'altra piastra di usura.
