Abstract

Una apparecchiatura per l'impilamento ad alta velocità di fogli o moduli di materiali elastici sia per piegatura a fisarmonica di un nastro continuo (12) che per sovrapposizione di fogli separati comprende due coppie di rulli rispettivamente superiori ed inferiori atti a entrare in contatto con il nastro per la separazione a strappo dello stesso lungo una sua linea preperforata. Uno dei rulli superiori presenta almeno una smussatura (24a) e i rulli inferiori (26) sono cilindrici. Almeno uno dei rulli (26) è permanentemente in rotazione con velocità maggiore di quella dei rulli (24). I rulli inferiori sono distanziati a riposo quando detta smussatura (24a) fronteggia il piano del nastro (12) nella condizione di riposo del rullo (24) suddetto ed entrano in contatto frizionale con detto nastro (12) in condizione operativa quando i rulli superiori vengono portati in contatto con il nastro in condizione operativa. Tra detti rulli superiori ed inferiori sono disposti mezzi pressori (72) spostabili da una posizione in cui sono distaccati dal nastro (12) quando i rulli superiori ed inferiori sono a riposo, a una posizione in cui si impegnano con esso durante la fase di strappo dello stesso, quando detti rulli sono in condizione operativa. Il piano di impilamento (46) dei fogli è provvisto di mezzi sensori (84) e di espulsione (78, 80) dei pacchi di fogli.
