Detto procedimento, che può essere adottato ed adattato per macchine e per impianti di confezionamento esistenti, è realizzato tramite tunnel preparati allo scopo e dove in questi, i vassoi o altri contenitori, passano per la sterilizzazione, trasportati dagli stessi mezzi, a catena, a nastro, a bilancella, in orizzontale, o in verticale, che li hanno condotti durante le fasi di riempimento. Caratterizza il procedimento, il fatto che per detti vassoi o contenitori, esso si realizza: alla conclusione del ciclo del loro riempimento; durante il loro procedere verso la conclusione del ciclo completo; nei settori che risultano essere la continuazione dei settori che li hanno preceduti; alla stessa velocità e con gli stessi modi e mezzi di trasporto usati per la fasi precedenti; senza imporre agli stessi movimenti e trasbordi per immetterli dove si verifica la sterilizzazione; salvaguardandoli da danni e rotture che possono subire nei trasbordi, oppure passando repentinamente dal freddo al caldo e viceversa.The object of the present invention is a new process and the means necessary to carry it out, suitable for proceeding with the sterilization of food and food prepared to be consumed in the short term, or to be kept for a long time without the aid of cold.
