Abstract

According to the invention, at least one element (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60) is provided for absorbing high frequency vibratory energy, and is fixed to each coil spring and in close contact with at least part of the surface of the metal wire of the spring, along an extension of the latter, in order to absorb and dampen the resonance of longitudinal propagation of the waves through the whole spring, without varying the elasticity characteristics of the spring at low frequencies.
