Abstract
An extrudable elastomeric compsn. comprises (a) at least 10 wt.% of an A-B-A' block copolymer, where (A) and (A') are thermoplastic end-blocks comprising a styrenic unit, and (B) is an elastomeric poly(ethylene-butylene) mid-block, and (b) more than 0 wt.% and up to 90 wt.% of a polyolefin, which, when blended with the copolymer and subjected to increased temp. and pressure, is adapted to be extruded, in blended form, with (a). Pref. (a) Blocks (A) and (A') are polystyrene or homologues. (b) Pref. the polyolefin is polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, or a copolymer of ethylene, of propylene, or of butene.
