Herbicidal compsn. contains 2-ethoxy-2,3-dihydro-3-,3-dimethyl-benzofuran-2-yl mesylate (A), 3- 4-(4-chlorophenoxy)-phenyl -1,1-dimethylurea (B) or 2,4-dichlorophenyl-4-nitro-phenyl ether (C), or (B) and (C), together with a carrier and/or a surfactant. The synergistic mixt. is effective against broad-leaved weeds, camomile, common knot-grass, wall barley, meadow foxtail, annual meadow-grass, fat hen and speedwell.
