Triamcinolon-acetonide esters of formula I which are anti-inflammatory, thymolytic and glucosteroid agents are prepd. by reaction of triamcinolonacetonide with acid chlorides of formula ClOCXNHR. Specific compds. claimed are with the acid chlorides of beta-acetyl- or benzoyl-amino-propionic, - valeric, -capronic heptanoic and -octanoic acids, and a beta-benzoylamino-i-butyric acid. where R = COMe or COBz and X = straight or branched C2-10 alkylene.
