Description
Sulfonating agent sulfamic acid production plant FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a kind of pharmaceutical synthesis plant. more particularly, relates to sulfonating agent sulfamic acid production plant.
GENERAL BACKGROUND Sulfamic acid is widely used in a variety of industrial equipment of metals and ceramics and civil cleaner, treating agent for petroleum and cleaning agent, electroplating industrial agent, electrochemical polishing agent, asphalt emulsifier, etchant, dye and pigment. It is used in various fields such as sulfonating agents, Q dyeing agents, high efficiency bleaching agents, flame ret°aifa\ants for fiber and paper, softeners, resin crosslinking promoters, herbicidei;,;1!?riti-effervesciiig agents and standard analytical reagents. In papermaking, it¢fi+genera11y used as a pulp bleach adjunct and as an anti—stripping agent in tggifeooking process to reduce fiber chain scission. Most of the existing pi'oduc{ifi%' plant processes are complex, Thus, as a sulfonating agent, the advantaggzgioid disadvantages of production equipment of sulfamic acid have a great zgonomic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product§‘RCt’ents.
SUMMARY “Q.
The purpose ofthe present invention is to provide sulfonating agent sulfamic acid production plant, including: tank (F101), reactor (D101), crystallizer (D102), tank (F102), centrifuge (L101), tank (F103), dissolving tank (D103), crystallizer (D104), tank (F104), centrifuge (L102), dryer (L103); among them, tank (F101) is used to store fuming sulfuric acid, tank (F102) is used to store sodium sulfate, tank (F103) is used to store deionized water, tank (F104) is used to store ethanol; among them, nominal volume of reactor (D101) is 700-800 L, jacket capacity of crystallizer (D102) is 570-590 L, cone bottom thickness oftank (F103) is 6-7 mm.
Sulfonating agent sulfamic acid production plant, the production process is: added urea according to the consumption ofa fixed amount of feed into reactor D101, and the slowly added fuming sulfuric acid of tank F101 into reactor, stirred and controlled the reaction temperature at 60-65 "C until the completion of addition of fuming sulfuric acid. The reaction liquid is homogeneous, and no carbon dioxide gas releases, which mean the end of the reaction. Added sodium sulfate aqueous solution of tank F102 into crystallizer D102, and then slowly introduced the reaction liquid into crystallizer, introduced brine ice for cooling. After the reaction liquid is transferred completely, fully cooled for crystallization. Afier the crystallized material is separated by centrifuge L101, obtained the crude sulfamic acid. Added the crude sulfamic acid into dissolving tank D103, used 3 times the amount of water and stirred at 80C to dissolve the crystals. After all the crystals dissolved, transferred the solution into crystallizer D104, then then taken an approprizge amount of industrial ethanol from tank F104, dropwise added into crystallizegfgboled to fully crystallize the product, separated the crystals by centrifuge4‘:i(}?02, dried by dryer L103, subpackaged and obtained the finished prodtictgfitadvantages of this invention are that the reaction time is reduced and the reaqfisii rate is improved.
