Abstract

A találmány tárgyát képezi eljárás patogén baktériumtörzsek szövetiadhéziójának receptorhelyeire kötődni képes, nem patogénbaktériumtörzsek kiválasztására, amely során a) a receptorokat invitro érintkeztetik a tesztelendő baktériumtörzsekkel; b) a receptorokellen készült, adott esetben kimutatható módon megjelölt antitestetadnak az elegyhez; c) amennyiben az antitest maga nincs megjelölvekimutatható módon, az antitest kimutatására alkalmas vegyületet adnakhozzá; d) kimutatják az antitest és az izolált receptorok közöttkialakult komplex jelenlétét. A találmány tárgyát képezik továbbá atalálmány szerinti eljárással kiválasztott baktériumtörzsekettartalmazó terápiás készítmények és a baktériumtörzsek alkalmazásai. Atalálmány szerinti megoldás alkalmas szöveti adhéziót közvetítőreceptorokhoz kötődő patogén bakteriális törzsek, előnyösenenterotoxinogén E. coli törzsek, okozta fertőzésekkel kapcsolatospatológiás rendellenességek megelőzésére vagy kezelésére.
