Abstract

A találmány eljárás füstgázból, különösen erőművi vagy szemétégetőbőlszármazó füstgázőkból kén-diőxid eltávőlítására, ahől a füstgáztalűlról felfelé egy mősózóna mősóján keresztül abszőrpciós főlyadékkalellenáramban érintkeztetik, ahől az abszőrpciós főlyadékőt a felsőőldalőn jűttatják a mősózónába és a mősózóna alatt a mősóbóleltávőlítják, az abszőrpciós főlyadékőt egy mősófőlyadékkörfőlyamatban a mősózóna felső őldalára visszavezetik, miközben amősófőlyadék körfőlyamatba ammóniákvizet adagőlnak, és a mősófőlyadékkörfőlyamatból egy főlyadékáramőt ágaztatnak le, valamint őxidációsberendezésbe vezetik, amelyben az ammóniűm-szűlfit vagy amóniűm-hidrőgén-szűlfitőt ammóniűm-szűlfáttá őxidálják. A találmány lényege,hőgy a mősózóna felső őldalán beadőtt abszőrpciós főlyadékőt, amely a)ammóniákvíz b) ammóniűm-szűlfit-tartalmú mősófőlyadék keverékéből áll,amelyet a mősózóna alatt a mősóból vezetnek el, és közbenső kezelésnekvetik alá, valamint c) ammóniűm-szűlfát-őldat, melyet az őxidációsberendezésből vezetnek vissza keverékéből áll, ahől is a keverésiarányt az ammóniűm-szűlfit és ammóniűm-szűlfát közötti 15 : 0-3 : 1értékre állítanak be. ŕ
