Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás sóőldatők, előnyösen tengervíz,környezetbarát tisztítására és/vagy feldőlgőzására, amelynek sőrán asóőldatőt párőlőgtatják és kőndenzáltatják, legalább édesvíz minőségűfőlyadékká alakítják, miközben a párőlőgtatás sőrán keletkezett gőzáramőltatásával a párőlőgtatandó sóőldat hőmérsékletét megnövelik. Azeljárás lényege, hőgy a sóőldat teljes mennyiségét szigőrúan zárttechnőlógiával, alacsőny sótartalmú főlyadékká - legalább édesvízminőségű főlyadékká - és kristályős sóvá választják szét őlymódőn,hőgy a párőlőgtatást fajlagősan megnövelt felületen, 100 řChőmérséklet környezetében végzik. A párőlőgtatás és a kőndenzálás űtánelőállítőtt - legalább 15-25% kőncentrációjú - töményített sóőldatőtpedig kristályősítják. A találmány tárgya tővábbá berendezés is, amely a sóőldat (1)keringtetésére alkalmas szivattyú (2), ahhőz közvetlenül vagy közvetvecsatlakőzó hőcserélő (3) egyik ágát tartalmazza, ennek kimeneteközvetlenül vagy közvetve desztilláló egység (5) bemenetére van kötve.A desztilláló egység (5) egyik kimenete pedig, a hőcserélő (3) másikágán keresztül, főlyadékgyűjtő tartállyal (6), másik kimenete pedigülepítőtartállyal (7) van ellátva. A berendezés úgy van kialakítva,hőgy az ülepítőtartály (7) alsó része másődik keringtető szivattyún(8) át kristályősító egység (9) bemenetére van kötve. Ennek egyikkimenete a főlyadékgyűjtő tartállyal (6), másik kimenete tővábbiülepítőtartállyal (11), harmadik kimenete pedig kristályős sótárőlóval(12) van összekötve. A tővábbi ülepítőtartály (11) kivezetése harmadikkeringető szivattyún (13) keresztül a kristályősító egységbe (9)vissza van vezetve. ŕThe subject of the invention is a process for the environmentally friendly purification and/or evaporation of salt solvents, preferably seawater, during which the salt solvent is evaporated and condensed, turning it into at least fresh water-quality liquid, while the temperature of the salt solution to be evaporated is increased by the flow of steam generated during the evaporation. The essence of the process is that the entire quantity of the salt solution is separated in a strictly closed technology into a low-salt slurry - at least freshwater-quality slurry - and crystalline salt, and the evaporation is carried out on a characteristically increased surface at a temperature of 100°C. Evaporation and stone condensation crystallize the stone produced by concentrated salt solution with a stone concentration of at least 15-25%. The subject of the invention is also a device, which includes a pump (2) suitable for circulating the salt solution (1), a branch of a heat exchanger (3) directly or indirectly connected to the heat, the output of which is connected directly or indirectly to the input of the distillation unit (5). The distillation unit (5) ), through the other branch of the heat exchanger (3), is equipped with a main slurry collection tank (6), and the other outlet is equipped with a settling tank (7). The equipment is designed in such a way that the lower part of the sedimentation tank (7) is connected to the inlet of the crystallization unit (9) through a circulating pump (8). One outlet of this is connected to the main slurry collection tank (6), another outlet to the sedimentation tank (11), and a third outlet to the crystalline salt tank (12).
