Abstract

A találmány tárgya katalitikus polimerizáló eljárás, amelynek soránszilárd részecskék formájában polimert állítanak elő gáznemű vagyfolyékony reakciós közegben levő egy vagy több monomerből. A fluidreakciós közeg által vagy a polimerizációs tartományba betáplált fluidáram által elfoglalt tér legalább egy részében korona kisülést hoznaklétre. A találmány tárgya továbbá berendezés az eljárásfoganatosítására, amely berendezés fluidizált ágyas reaktort, gázvisszavezető vezetékeket és hozzá társított gázt keringető szerkezetetés gázt hűtő szerkezetet tartalmaz. A reaktorhoz monomert betáplálóvezeték és katalizátor betápláló vezeték, továbbá a reaktorban képződőszilárd polimer részecskéket eltávolító szerkezet kapcsolódik.
