Abstract
A találmány szerinti eljárás hidegen szűrt sör előállítására szolgál.Az eljárás során sört kalciumionok felvételére alkalmas membránszűrőnkeresztül szűrnek, amelyet szűrés után vizes közeggel tisztítanak ésöblítenek, majd a tisztított és öblített membránszűrőt ismét szűréshezhasználják, az öblítéshez savanyú kémhatású vizes közeget alkalmaznak,amelynek pH-ja 5,0-nél kisebb, vagy az öblítéshez használt közegkalciumion-koncentrációját csökkentő kezelést folytatnak le. Atalálmány oly módon is megvalósítható, hogy a malátából, komlóból ésvízből előállított sört membránszűrőn keresztül szűrik, és a sörelőállításához olyan vizet alkalmaznak, amelynek kalciumion-koncentrációját előzőleg csökkentik.
