Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás oxidos nanokristályok előállítására. Azeljárás lépései a következők: a) fémorganikus komplexek vagy illékonyszervetlen vegyületek által képzett gazdarácsionokat visznek belegalább egy első elpárologtatóba, b) a komplexeket vagy vegyületeketgázfázisba visznek át, c) a keletkezett gázfázist egy vagy többhordozógáz és/vagy hordozó-gázkeverék segítségével, legalább egyreaktor, legalább egy fűtőövezetébe szállítják és bevezetnek egy vagytöbb reakciógázt és/vagy reakciógázkeveréket, d) a komplexeket vagyvegyületeket a reaktor fűtőövezetében 1 és 1000 mbar közötti nyomásonfelbontják, amikor is azonnal oxidos nanokristályok képződnek, és azoxidos nanokristályokat legalább egy adszorpciós csapdán leválasztják.A találmány tárgya továbbá berendezés oxidos nanokristályokelőállítására.
