Claims (16)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju izolacijskih proizvoda na bazi mineralne vune povezane organskim vezivom, koji se sastoji od sljedećih uzastopnih koraka: (a) osiguravanje mineralne vune na sobnoj temperaturi, (b) primjenjivanje termostabilnog pripravka vodenog veziva na mineralnu vunu, (c) sušenje mineralne vune impregnirane termostabilnim pripravkom vodenog veziva radi dobivanja termostabilne mineralne vune, (d) oblikovanje termostabilne mineralne vune i (e) zagrijavanje oblikovane termostabilne mineralne vune na temperaturi dovoljno dugo da se omogući kondenzacija sastavnica veziva te da nastane netopivo vezivo.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je mineralna vuna osigurana u koraku (a) djevičanska mineralna vuna ili reciklirana mineralna vuna ili mješavina djevičanske i reciklirane mineralne vune.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je mineralna vuna tijekom primjenjivanja pripravka vodenog veziva na sobnoj temperaturi.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da nadalje sadrži, između koraka (c) i koraka (d), korak miješanja termostabilne vune s djevičanskom i/ili recikliranom mineralnom vunom i/ili s prirodnim organskim vlaknima.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da su prirodna organska vlakna biljna vlakna, poželjno odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od lignoceluloznih vlakana i pamuka, ili životinjska vlakna poželjno odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od životinjske vune.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4 ili 5, naznačen time da je 100 masenih dijelova termostabilne mineralne vune izmiješano s 10 do 400 masenih dijelova, poželjno s 20 do 300 masenih dijelova, a posebice s 30 do 200 masenih dijelova djevičanske i/ili reciklirane mineralne vune i/ili prirodnih organskih vlakana.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se sušenje mineralne vune impregnirane pripravkom vodenog veziva (korak (c)) vrši zagrijavanjem na temperaturu između 60 i 110 °C, poželjno između 70 i 100 °C.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da termostabilna mineralna vuna sadrži od 3 do 20 % suhe tvari, poželjno od 4 do 18 % suhe tvari, a posebice od 5 do 15 % suhe tvari termostabilnog veziva.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da izolacijski proizvodi dobiveni korakom (e) imaju gustoću između 4 i 150 kg/m3, poželjno između 5 i 60 kg/m3, a posebice između 6 i 40 kg/m3.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da izolacijski proizvodi dobiveni korakom (e) imaju debljinu između 20 mm i 500 mm, poželjno između 50 mm i 200 mm, a posebice između 60 mm i 150 mm.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da pripravak vodenog veziva sadrži više od 50 % suhe tvari reagensa iz bioloških izvora.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su reagensi iz bioloških izvora odabrani iz skupine saharida i proizvoda hidrogenacije saharida.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se korak (d) oblikovanja termostabilne mineralne vune izvršava oblikovanjem termostabilne mineralne vune s pomoću kalupa i/ili komprimiranjem termostabilne mineralne vune.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je temperatura zagrijavanja koraka (e) između 130 °C i 240 °C, poželjno između 180 °C i 230 °C.
15. Rastresita termostabilna mineralna vuna koja sadrži vezivna mineralna vlakna okružena suhim slojem termostabilnog organskog veziva i, neobvezno, vlakna koja nisu vezivna.
16. Rastresita termostabilna mineralna vuna prema zahtjevu 15, pri čemu su vlakna koja nisu vezivna odabrana iz skupine vlakana djevičanske mineralne vune i/ili vlakana reciklirane mineralne vune i/ili prirodnih organskih vlakana.
