Claims (7)
1. Organski Rankineov ciklus (100, 110) koji koristi organsku radnu tekućinu i sastoji se od
- najmanje jedne pumpe za napajanje (1) organskog radnog fluida u tekućoj fazi,
- najmanje jednog izmjenjivača topline (2), koji izmjenjuje toplinu između vrućeg izvora (20, 40) i organskog radnog fluida,
- najmanje jedne ekspanzijske turbine (3), koja ekspandira paru organskog radnog fluida,
- najmanje jednog kondenzatora (5), pri čemu se toplina kondenzacije koristi za potrebe kogeneracije energije na temperaturama višim od 120°C,
pri čemu
- organski radni fluid sadrži, u kombinaciji ili alternativno, toluen, difenil oksid, difenil, terfenil, kvadrifenil, linearne ugljikovodike, siloksane, alkilirane aromatske ugljikovodike, fenilcikloeksan, bicikloheksil i perfluorpolietere,
- toplina kondenzacije koja je dostupna u kondenzatoru (5) koristi se za predgrijavanje protoka plina ili za proizvodnju zasićene ili pregrijane pare pri tlaku od najmanje 2 bara,
- spomenuti vrući izvor sastoji se od dimova izgaranja ili povrata (40), a organska radna tekućina izmjenjuje toplinu izravno s navedenim dimovima izgaranja, a sustav je naznačen time, da je organska radna tekućina u tekućoj fazi u izmjenjivaču topline (2) i isparava u brzom isparivaču (7) smještenom uzvodno od turbine (3).
2. Organski Rankineov ciklus (100, 110) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačeno time, što je temperatura kondenzacije između 150°C i 250°C, a tlak kondenzacije je između 50 mbar i 2000 mbar.
3. Organski Rankineov ciklus (100, 110) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što je za navedeni organski radni fluid omjer između kritične temperature (Tc) i temperature isparavanja (Tv) u rasponu između 0,7 i 0,95.
4. Organski Rankineov ciklus (100, 110) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što se navedeni organski radni fluid temelji na polidimetilsiloksanima.
5. Organski Rankineov ciklus (100, 110) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što je navedeni organski radni fluid smjesa difenil/difenil oksida.
6. Organski Rankineov ciklus (100, 110) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što je u projektnim uvjetima tlak kondenzacije između 50 mbar i 800 mbar.
7. Organski Rankineov ciklus (100, 110) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što je kondenzator (5) izmjenjivač topline "ljuska i cijev" sa snopom cijevi (52) napajanim vodom.
