Claims (11)

1. Nastavak (100), namijenjen povezivanju amputiranog donjeg uda s modularnim elementom (104), koji ima: – proksimalni dio (102), koji omogućuje umetanje amputiranog donjeg uda; – distalni dio (103), koji omogućuje učvršćivanje modularnog elementa (104), gdje nastavak također ima: – deformabilni unutarnji sloj (108), namijenjen stupanju u kontakt s amputiranim donjim udom; – deformabilni vanjski sloj (120); – strukturu od krutog materijala (117), koja se nalazi između unutarnjeg sloja (108) i vanjskog sloja (120), koja ima najmanje dva jarbola (118), gdje se svaki jarbol (118) pruža uglavnom aksijalno od podnožja (125), koje se nalazi na distalnoj strani, do kraja (126), koji se nalazi na proksimalnoj strani, naznačen time što: – su unutarnji (108) i vanjski (120) deformabilni slojevi načinjeni od silikonske gume, te što – se navedenu krutu strukturu (117) nalijepi na unutarnji sloj (108), unutarnji sloj (108) je u kontaktu s vanjskim slojem (120) između dva susjedna jarbola (118), a krajevi (126) različitih jarbola (118) nisu povezani kako bi se pomicali jedan od drugog ili jedan prema drugom pod djelovanjem deformiranja unutarnjeg sloja (108) i vanjskog sloja (120).
2. Nastavak (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što kruti materijal sadrži ugljik.
3. Nastavak (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što struktura od krutog materijala (117) ima četiri jarbola (118).

Postupak (700) proizvodnje nastavka (100), namijenjenog povezivanju amputiranog donjeg uda s modularnim elementom (104), naznačen time što se sastoji od sljedećih koraka: – pravljenja (701) pozitiva (101), koji predstavlja amputirani donji ud, koji ima proksimalnu zonu (105) i distalnu zonu (106); – primjene (704) silikonske gume na pozitiv (101) na takav način da ga pokriva slojem zvanim unutarnji sloj (108); – toplinske obrade (710) pozitiva (101), pokrivenog unutarnjim slojem (108); – primjene (712) sloja (114) materijala koji se može ukrutiti na pozitiv (101), pokriven unutarnjim slojem (108), na takav način da ga pokriva; – ukrućivanja (714) navedenog sloja (114) materijala koji se može ukrutiti; – odrezivanja (718) navedenog ukrućenog sloja (114) na takav način da tvori krutu strukturu (117), koja ima najmanje dva jarbola (118), koji se pružaju od distalne zone (106) do proksimalne zone (105); – primjene (721) silikonske gume na pozitiv (101), pokriven unutarnjim slojem (108) i krutom strukturom (117), na takav način da ga pokriva slojem zvanim vanjski sloj (120); – toplinske obrade (723) pozitiva (101), pokrivenog unutarnjim slojem (108), krutom strukturom (117) i vanjskim slojem (120); – skidanja (724) sklopa koji se sastoji od unutarnjeg sloja (108), krute strukture (117) i vanjskog sloja (120) s pozitiva (101), gdje skinuti nastavak ima različite jarbole (118), čiji krajevi (126) nisu povezani kako bi se pomicali jedan od drugog ili jedan prema drugom pod djelovanjem deformiranja unutarnjeg sloja (108) i vanjskog sloja (120).
6. Postupak (700) u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što se korak primjene (704) silikonske gume na pozitiv (101) sastoji od: – ekstrudiranja (705) silikonske gume na takav način da tvori najmanje jednu traku (112) uglavnom konstantne debljine; – pokrivanja (706) najmanje jedne zone pozitiva (101) navedenom trakom (112); – podstavljanja (707) distalnog dijela (106) pozitiva (101); – odrezivanja (708) i/ili izglađivanja mogućeg preostalog suvišnog zadebljanja.
7. Postupak (700) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 6, naznačen time što uključuje, između koraka ukrućivanja (714) i koraka odrezivanja (718), sljedeći korak: – skidanje (715) ukrućenog sloja (114) s pozitiva (101), pokrivenog unutarnjim slojem (108).

Postupak (700) u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što uključuje, nakon koraka odrezivanja (718), sljedeće korake: – postavljanje (719) krute strukture (117) na pozitiv (101), pokriven unutarnjim slojem (108); – lijepljenje (720) navedene krute strukture (117) na unutarnji sloj (108).

Postupak (700) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 8, naznačen time što uključuje, nakon koraka primjene (704) unutarnjeg sloja (108) na pozitiv (101), sljedeće korake: – stvaranje vakuuma (709) na pozitivu (101), pokrivenom unutarnjim slojem (108) i topljivom vrećom; – pokrivanje (711) pozitiva (101), pokrivenog unutarnjim slojem (108), topljivom vrećom.

Postupak (700) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 9, naznačen time što uključuje, nakon koraka primjene (721) vanjskog sloja (120) na pozitiv (101), sljedeći korak: – stvaranje vakuuma (722) na pozitivu (101), pokrivenom unutarnjim slojem (108), krutom strukturom (117) i vanjskim slojem (120).
11. Postupak (700) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 10, naznačen time što uključuje sljedeći korak: – priključivanje (716) sredstva (116), namijenjenog pričvršćivanju na krutu strukturu (117), koje je prilagođeno za međudjelovanje s modularnim elementom (104).
