Claims (13)
1. Postupak tiskanja na velikoj površini (300), osobito za površinu koja se nalazi na podlozi koju se ne može dodavati u uređaj za tiskanje i koju se može podijeliti u jednom smjeru na puteve tiskanja koji odgovaraju tiskajućoj širini glave za tiskanje (200), gdje je glava za tiskanje (200) montirana na prvu osovinu (120) kako bi se mogla pomicati po putu tiskanja u okomitom smjeru y, gdje je prva osovina (120) montirana na šasiju 110, koja se može pomicati u vodoravnom smjeru x, te gdje se na površinu (300) tiska sekvencijalnim tiskanjem po okomitim putevima tiskanja, gdje se pravokutnu udaljenost Az0 u vodoravnom smjeru z, pravokutnom u odnosu na vodoravni smjer x, referentne točke uređaja (100) određuje na više točaka raspodijeljenih po okomitom putu tiskanja do površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati, gdje se pravokutnu udaljenost Az u vodoravnom smjeru z glave za tiskanje (200) od površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati na točkama raspodijeljenim po okomitom putu tiskanja podešava u svakom slučaju prema prethodno zabilježenoj izmjerenoj vrijednosti, naznačen time što se zabilježene izmjerene vrijednosti Az0 po svakom okomitom putu tiskanja za svaku točku izmjerenu po putu tiskanja kombinira u kontrolnom uređaju na specifičnoj visini u smjeru y kako bi se dobilo mjerni niz, gdje se trend određuje iz izmjerenih vrijednosti za najmanje jedan mjerni niz, gdje se zakrećuće pomicanje šasije (110), koja se može pomicati u vodoravnom smjeru, mijenja ako trend prelazi prethodno zadani prag.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1,
naznačen time što
se na početku postupaka tiskanja prvi put tiskanja prolazi bez aktiviranja glave za tiskanje (200), gdje se pravokutnu udaljenost Az0 referentne točke glave za tiskanje (200) na više točaka raspodijeljenih po okomitom putu tiskanja do površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati određuje prije puta tiskanja kojim se prolazi tijekom mjerenja.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što
se polazni položaj glave za tiskanje (200) na početku puta tiskanja naznačuje optički.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
se glavu za tiskanje (200) zakreće ovisno o orijentaciji površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati, tako da je glava za tiskanje (200) uvijek orijentirana uglavnom pravokutno u odnosu na površinu (300) na kojoj treba tiskati.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
se tiskanje provodi primjenom tinte na podlogu, gdje je tinta temperirana do temperature od otprilike 43 °C.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
glavu za tiskanje (200) se zasjenjuje od UV zračenja uređaja kada nije aktivna.
7. Uređaj (100) za tiskanje na velikoj površini (300), osobito za površinu koja se nalazi na podlozi koju se ne može dodavati u uređaj za tiskanje i koju se može podijeliti u jednom smjeru na puteve tiskanja koji odgovaraju tiskajućoj širini glave za tiskanje, gdje je glava za tiskanje (200) montirana na prvu osovinu (120) kako bi se mogla pomicati u okomitom smjeru y po putu tiskanja, gdje je prva osovina (120) montirana na šasiju (110), koja se može pomicati u vodoravnom smjeru x, gdje se na površini (300) može tiskati sekvencijalnim tiskanjem po okomitim putevima tiskanja,
naznačen time što se udaljenost Az glave za tiskanje (200) od površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati može podesiti postupkom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, uređaj (100) sadrži mjerni uređaj (190), namijenjen beskontaktnom mjerenju udaljenosti Az0 između referentne točke uređaja (100) i površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati, a uređaj (100) dodatno sadrži kontrolnu jedinicu namijenjenu procjenjivanju izmjerenih vrijednosti i generiranje kontrolnih impulsa radi podešavanja udaljenosti Az glave za tiskanje (200) od površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati, gdje se šasija (110) može pomicati u vodoravnom smjeru x, gdje je šasija (110) dizajnirana kao upravljiva, a uređaj (100) dodatno sadrži kontrolnu jedinicu namijenjenu izračunavanju kuta zakretanja šasije (110).
8. Uređaj (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 9,
naznačen time što
mjerni uređaj sadrži laserski mjerač udaljenosti namijenjen beskontaktnom mjerenju udaljenosti Az0 između referentne točke uređaja (100) i površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati.
9. Uređaj (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 10,
naznačen time što
glava za tiskanje (200) ima optički senzor namijenjen detektiranju polazne točke glave za tiskanje (200) na početku svakog puta tiskanja.
10. Uređaj (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 11,
naznačen time što
uređaj (100) sadrži ispruživu prvu osovinu (120), namijenjenu pomicanju glave za tiskanje (200) po putu tiskanja, gdje prva osovina (120) sadrži zupčastu letvu.
11. Uređaj (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 12,
naznačen time što
uređaj (100) ima drugu osovinu (130), namijenjenu podešavanju udaljenosti Az glave za tiskanje (200) od površine (300) na kojoj treba tiskati, gdje druga osovina (130) ima vreteno.
12. Uređaj (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 13,
naznačen time što
uređaj (100) ima uređaj za kontroliranje temperature za kontroliranje temperature tinte do temperature od otprilike 43 °C.

naznačen time što
