Claims (15)
1. Sustav (10) za bušenje s više tekućina može biti spojen na kraj bušilice (12) konfiguriran da omogući odvojen i neovisan protok prve tekućine (14) i druge tekućine (16), taj sustav uključuje:
čekić (22) postavljen tako da kada je poduprt bušilicom prve tekućine (14) koji protječe kroz kraj bušilice (12) za bušenje i može napajati čekić (22);
motor (24) poduprt bušilicom za bušenje i spojen na čekić pri čemu je motor (24) postavljen da rotira čekić (22); naznačen time što:
druga tekućina (16) teče kroz kraj bušilice (12) za bušenje može teći kroz i napajati motor (24); i
pri čemu je taj sustav (10) za bušenje postavljen kako bi omogućio drugoj tekućini da teče kroz rupu (11) izbušenu sustavom za bušenje.
2. Sustav (10) za bušenje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 pri čemu čekić (22) ima dlijeto (26) čekića i prva tekućina (14) je usmjeren kroz sustav (10) za bušenje da izađe iz sustava za bušenje (10) odmah uz dlijeto (26) čekića.
3. Sustav (10) za bušenje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu čekić (22) ima dlijeto (26) čekića i druga tekućina (16) je usmjerena je kroz sustav (10) za bušenje izlazak iz sustava (10) za bušenje tako da ili teče preko prednje strane (34) dlijeta tog dlijeta (26) čekića; ili (b) izađe iz sistema (10) za bušenje kroz gornju rupu prednje strane (34) dlijeta (26) čekića.
4. Sustav (10) za bušenje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 3, obuhvata čelični plašt (38) postavljen preko čekića (22) i završava se iznad prednje strane (34) dlijeta gledano u odnosu na smjer prostiranja rupe i pri čemu druga tekućina (16) izlazi iz sustav (10) za bušenje iz donjeg kraja čeličnog plašta (38) gledano u odnosu na pravac prostiranja rupe.
5. Sustav (10) za bušenje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 uključuje raspored ulaza (36) povezanih s motorom (24) za selektivno prouzrokovanje drugog fluida (16) da teče u rupu (11) koja se buši: prije prijenosa značajne snagu na motor (24), ili, nakon prijenosa snagu na motor (24).
6. Sustav (10) za bušenje sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5 pri čemu prva tekućina (14) teče bilo (a) prstenastom putanjom (18) protoka oblikovan u kraju (12) za bušenje i druga tekućina (16) teče u unutarnjim tokom (20) protoka okružen prstenastom putanjom (18) protoka;
ili (b) unutrašnja putanja (20) oblikovan u kraju (12) za bušenje i druga tekućina (16) teče u prstenastoj putanji (18) protoka u bušilici za bušenje, pri čemu prstenasta putanja protoka okružuje unutarnju putanju protoka.
7. Sustav (10) za bušenje sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih 1-6 uključuje upravljački mehanizam (50) spojen između kraja (12) za bušenje i čekića (22).
8. Sustav (10) za bušenje sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 7 pri čemu je upravljački mehanizam (50):
postavljen između motora (24) i čekića (22); ili ugrađen u motor (24).
9. Sustav (10) za bušenje sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva uključuje sustav rotacije gornjih strana postavljen da rotira čekić (22) prijenosom trenutka sile na bušilicu za bušenje.
10. Postupak bušenja rupe (11) uključuje:
spajanje motora (24) za bušotinu na čekić (22), pri čemu motor (24) za bušotinu može rotirati čekić (22);
naznačen time što isporuka prve i druge tekućine (14, 16) odvojeno i neovisno jedna od druge kroz kraj (12) za bušenje do čekića (22) i motora (24) prema opisanom redoslijedu pri čemu
prva tekućina (14) napaja čekić (22) tako da ciklički udari korijen rupe (11) koja se buši;
i druga tekućina (16) napaja motor (24) bušotine, izolirano od prve tekućine (16), da se omogući motoru (24) bušotine da rotira čekić (22); i
omogućavanje da se druga tekućina (16) ulijeva u rupu (11) koja se buši sustavom za bušenje.
11. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 10 uključuje usmjeravanje prve tekućine (14) u rupu (11) nakon rukovanja čekićem (22).
12. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11 uključuje usmjeravanje druge tekućine (16) u rupu (11) iz barem jedne od slijedećih lokacija: preko prednje strane (34) dlijeta (26) čekića (22); iznad prednje strane (34) dlijeta gledano u pravcu prostiranja rupe; i, iznad čekića (22) gledano u pravcu prostiranja rupe.
13. Postupak prema bilo kom od patentnih zahtjeva 10-12 obuhvata korištenje upravljačkog mehanizma (50) spojenog na čekić (22) da prouzrokuju promjenu u smjeru rupe (11) koja se buši.
14. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 13 obuhvata rukovanje motorom niz bušotinu da bi se rotirao čekić (22) kada se mijenja smjer rupe (11) koja se buši.
15. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10-14 uključuje spajanje motora (24) bušotine na kraj (12) za bušenje koja je postavljen radi isporuke prve i druge tekućine (14, 16) na čekić (22) i motor (24) prema opisanom redoslijedu; i prijenos trenutka sile na čekić (22) s površine rotacijskog stola ili rotacijske glave preko kraja (12) za bušenje.
