Claims (19)

1. Peć za staklo (10, 48, 55, 75) koja obuhvaća sljedeće: komoru za taljenje u peći (12, 49, 56, 82) koja služi za spremanje rastaljenog stakla (14), koje ima gornju površinu; i mehanizam dopreme smjese za pečenje (16, 36, 53, 78) za prihvat smjese staklenog materijala i dopremu navedenog materijala u komoru za taljenje u peći, ispod razine gornje površine rastaljenog stakla, naznačena time,da obuhvaća motor (39) koji ima izlaznu osovinu (38) za pogon mehanizma dopreme smjese za pečenje, koji je u obliku vijčanog transportera; i toplinski znatno otpornu spojku (37) koja spaja izlaznu osovinu s vijčanim transporterom.
2. Peć opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time,da nadalje obuhvaća: pregradni zid (22, 43, 52) položen u odnosu na vijčani transporter tako, da smjesa materijala iz vijčanog transportera mora teći uzlazno preko pregradnog zida prije nego što uđe u komoru za taljenje u peći.
3. Peć opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačena time,da se vrh (27, 44, 64) pregradnog zida (22, 43, 52) nalazi ispod razine taljenja (28, 45, 88) u komori za taljenje u peći.

6. Peć opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačena time,da nadalje obuhvaća: grijaći element za grijač; i vijčani transporter (24) za utovarivanje smjese materijala u izlazni otvor (21) grijača.
7. Peć opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačena time,da nadalje obuhvaća: grijač (20, 46, 57) za uvođenje djelomično rastaljene smjese materijala u komoru za taljenje u peći; i izlazni otvor (21) za grijač, koji je smješten ispod vrha pregradnog zida.

Peć opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time,da nadalje obuhvaća: utovarnu komoru (34, 51); lijevak (30, 50) za dopremu smjese materijala u utovarnu komoru; i grijač (46, 57, 58) koji je smješten između pregradnog zida i stijenke (31, 59) komore za taljenje u peći, pri čemu mehanizam dopreme smjese za pečenje utovaruje smjesu materijala iz utovarne komore do grijača, te pritom grijač djelomično tali smjesu materijala koja izlazi iz izlaznog otvora utovarne komore.
9. Peć opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačena time,da je izlazni otvor utovarne komore, smješten unutar komore za taljenje u peći.

Peć opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time,da nadalje obuhvaća: veći broj utovarnih žlijebova (16) za uvođenje smjese materijala u komoru za taljenje u peći ispod razine taljenja; veći broj grijača (20) koji prihvaćaju smjesu materijala iz utovarnih žlijebova, u svrhu podizanja temperature smjese materijala prije nego što se ona uvede u rastaljeno staklo; i pregradni zid (22) koji formira okno (23) u komori za taljenje u peći, u svrhu razdvajanja grijača od rastaljenog stakla u peći.
12. Peć za staklo opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačena time,da utovarni žlijebovi uključuju vijčane transportere i grijaće elemente.

Peć za staklo opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time,da nadalje obuhvaća: komoru za taljenje u peći koja uključuje stijenku (31, 59); lijevak (30, 50) za utovarivanje smjese materijala, koji se nalazi granično uz stijenku komore za taljenje u peći, u svrhu dopreme smjese materijala pod utjecajem gravitacije; mehanizam dopreme smjese za pečenje koji je u blizini dna (34, 61) lijevka, u svrhu prihvaćanja smjese materijala; pregradni zid (43, 52) koji na kraju mehanizma dopreme smjese za pečenje, formira okno (23); i grijač (46, 57, 58) koji se nalazi između pregradnog zida i stijenke komore za taljenje u peći, u svrhu zagrijavanja smjese materijala u oknu prije protjecanja preko pregradnog zida.

15. Peć za staklo opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačena time,da je mehanizam dopreme smjese za pečenje jedan vijčani transporter koji je vertikalno orijentiran.
16. Peć za staklo opisana u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 15, naznačena time,da nadalje obuhvaća: nagnuti donji utovarni zid (62) koji povezuje lijevak za utovarivanje smjese materijala u okno, pri čemu taj nagnuti donji utovarni zid pomaže u održavanju ravnomjernog protoka smjese materijala prema vertikalno orijentiranom vijčanom transporteru.
17. 19. Peć za staklo u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 18, naznačena time,da utovarni otvor u bočnoj stijenci peći, definira ravninu, te time, da je kraj vijčanog transportera približno u poravnanju s ravninom utovarnog otvora.
