Claims (7)

1. Aparat (2) za točenje pića koji ima mlaznicu (10) i veći broj fluidnih vodova (24) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s mlaznicom (10), gdje taj uređaj za točenje pića obuhvaća sljedeće: barski pištolj (2) sa spomenutom mlaznicom (10) i tijelo (4) koje ima veći broj otvora i veći broj dugmadi (12), pri čemu svako dugme proviruje kroz odgovarajući jedan od otvora i konfigurirano je za upravljanje protokom fluida kroz jedan odgovarajući od većeg broja fluidnih vodova (24), dok veći broj dugmadi (12) ima najmanje jedno aktivno dugme za točenje (16) koje je konfigurirano za mehaničko točenje fluida, naznačen time, da veći broj dugmadi (12) nadalje obuhvaća najmanje jedno daljinsko dugme (18) za točenje; dok je daljinski uređaj (22) za točenje smješten udaljeno od tijela (4) i konfiguriran je za reguliranje točenja fluida kroz jedan od većeg broja fluidnih vodova (24); pri čemu, kada je pritisnuto najmanje jedno daljinsko dugme za točenje (18), tada daljinski uređaj (22) za točenje pokreće točenje fluida kroz odgovarajući fluidni vod (24).
2. Aparat za točenje pića prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća senzorski sklop (26) koji je konfiguriran da osjeti pritisak na najmanje jednom daljinskom dugmetu (18) za točenje.
3. Aparat za točenje pića prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća upravljač (28) koji je konfiguriran za primanje signala od senzorskog sklopa (26), koji pokazuje da je pritisnuto najmanje jedno daljinsko dugme (18) za točenje.
4. Aparat za točenje pića prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da senzorski sklop (26) obuhvaća sljedeće: osjetni element (21) koji je izveden na najmanje jednom dugmetu (12); i senzor (23) koji je izveden na tijelu (4) barskog pištolja (2) i poravnan je s odgovarajućim osjetnim elementom (21); pri čemu, kada je navedeno dugme (12) pritisnuto, tada odgovarajući senzor (23) djeluje zajedno s odgovarajućim osjetnim elementom (21), kako bi osjetio da je dugme (12) pritisnuto.
5. Aparat za točenje pića prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da je upravljač (28) dodatno konfiguriran za pokretanje rada daljinskog uređaja (22) za točenje, u svrhu točenja fluida kada je daljinsko dugme (18) pritisnuto.
6. Aparat za točenje pića prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je daljinski uređaj (22) za točenje jedan elektromagnetski ventil.
7. Aparat (2) za točenje pića prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je daljinski uređaj (22) za točenje jedna elektromagnetska pumpa.
