Claims (14)
1. Sklop ekstraktora (20) koji se može montirati na štitnik (210) oko igle (230) štrcaljke (232), pri čemu se štitnik proteže u aksijalnom smjeru kroz otvor u kućištu uređaja koje drži štrcaljku, a sklop ekstraktora se sastoji od:
komponente držača (25) s cjevastim tijelom (32) koje određuje unutarnju šupljinu (34) za aksijalno primanje štitnika prilikom sklapanja komponente držača sa štitnikom kako bi se formirao podsklop, pri čemu predmetno cjevasto tijelo uključuje suprotne kutne krajeve (38, 39) koji određuju prorez (37) koji se proteže između prvog aksijalnog kraja (42) i drugog aksijalnog kraja (43) predmetnog cjevastog tijela kako bi omogućilo prisilno pomjeranje predmetnog cjevastog tijela iz neutralnog prvog položaja u radijalno ekspandirani drugi položaj povećavanjem kutnog razmaka proreza, pri čemu je predmetna unutarnja šupljina manje veličine u predmetnom prvom položaju i veće veličine u predmetnom drugom položaju, pri čemu predmetno cjevasto tijelo uključuje radijalnu unutarnju površinu (100) s najmanje jednim radijalnim izbočenjem prema unutra (102-106) za izravno aktiviranje štitnika unutar predmetnog podsklopa; i
kapice (30) koju korisnik može uhvatiti i koja uključuje tijelo (125) s površinom (142) koja određuje šupljinu (140) u koju se može umetnuti komponenta držača prilikom sklapanja kapice sa predmetnim podsklopom, naznačena time, što je kapica konfigurirana kako bi držala umetnutu komponentu držača, a površina tijela je konfigurirana kako bi ograničila radijalnu ekspanziju umetnute komponente držača i time izazvala izravno zahvaćanje najmanje jednog radijalnog izbočenja prema unutra sa štitnikom tako da kada se kapica ukloni iz kućišta, uklonit će štitnik oko igle.
2. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što predmetna komponenta držača (25) ima jednodijelnu konstrukciju.
3. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, što je predmetna komponenta držača (25) izrađena od više zakrivljenih sekcija (44-46) koje su međusobno zglobno povezane.
4. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, što se više zakrivljenih sekcija (44-46) sastoji od tri sekcije.
5. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što je predmetni drugi aksijalni kraj (43) predmetnog tijela komponente držača (32) otvoren.
6. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što predmetno tijelo komponente držača (32), u poprečnom presjeku okomito postavljenom u aksijalnom smjeru, ima konfiguraciju u obliku slova C.
7. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što se predmetno najmanje jedno radijalno izbočenje prema unutra sastoji od više aksijalno razmaknutih zubaca (102-106).
8. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time, što se prvi zubac (106) predmetnih zubaca koji je najbliži predmetnom drugom aksijalnom kraju (43) proteže dalje radijalno prema unutra od drugog zupca (103-105) koji je bliže predmetnom prvom aksijalnom kraju (42).
9. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, što se treći zubac (102) predmetnih zubaca koji je najbliži prvom aksijalnom kraju (42) proteže dalje radijalno prema unutra od predmetnog prvog zupca (106).
10. Sklop ekstraktora prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što se predmetni prorez (37) proteže samo u aksijalnom smjeru.
11. Metoda za montažu sklopa ekstraktora (20) na štitnik (210) oko igle (230) štrcaljke (232), pri čemu se štit proteže u aksijalnom smjeru kroz otvor u kućištu, pri čemu se metoda sastoji od:
osiguravanja komponente držača (25) s cjevastim tijelom (32) koje određuje unutarnju šupljinu (34), pri čemu predmetno cjevasto tijelo uključuje suprotne kutne krajeve (38, 39) koji određuju prorez (37), pri čemu predmetno cjevasto tijelo uključuje radijalnu unutarnju površinu (100) s najmanje jednim radijalnim izbočenjem prema unutra (102-106) za izravno aktiviranje štitnika kada je predmetno cjevasto tijelo postavljeno oko štitnika;
formiranja podsklopa postavljenjem predmetnog cjevastog tijela oko štita tako da je predmetno cjevasto tijelo u radijalno ekspandiranom položaju u kojem je prorez veći nego kada se predmetno cjevasto tijelo nalazi u neutralnom položaju, naznačeno time, što se štitnik proteže unutar predmetne unutarnje šupljine;
omogućavanja elastičnosti predmetnog cjevastog tijela da izazove automatsko vraćanje predmetnog cjevastog tijela prema neutralnom položaju oko štitnika u predmetnom podsklopu; i
podstavljanja zahvatne kapice (30) na komponentu držača predmetnog podsklopa tako da se predmetno cjevasto tijelo uklopi unutar šupljine (140) predmetne zahvatne kapice tako da zahvatna kapica podupire komponentu držača, naznačeno time, što najmanje jedno radijalno izbočenje prema unutra može zahvatiti štitnik u svrhe uklanjanja kada se kapica ukloni iz kućišta.
12. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačena time, što se korak postavljanja predmetnog cjevastog tijela (32) oko štitnika (210) sastoji od kliznog pomjeranja predmetnog cjevastog tijela iz prvog položaja u drugi položaj duž osovine (260) koja se aksijalno proteže kroz unutarnju šupljinu (34) i koja ima kraj (264) koji se preklapa preko štitnika, pri čemu osovina ima veći promjer na predmetnom drugom kraju nego na predmetnom prvom kraju.
13. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačena time, što se predmetno cjevasto tijelo (32) nalazi u predmetnom drugom položaju, a prvi aksijalni kraj predmetnog cjevastog tijela se oslanja na kućište.

Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačena time, što se korak u kojem se omogućava elastičnosti predmetnog cjevastog tijela (32) da automatski izazove vraćanje predmetnog cjevastog tijela prema neutralnom položaju oko štitnika (210) sastoji od pomjeranja osovine (260) izvan unutarnje šupljine.
