Claims (10)

1. Postupak za obradu otpada, posebno kućanskog otpada, naznačen time da pruža zatvorenu zgradu (1) za zaprimanje otpada (8), krov zgrade koji je dizajniran kao plino i parno propusan, a ipak da sadrži vodonepropusnu membranu (3), punjenje zgrade (1) s otpadom (8), da se otpad gomila na hrpu (2), da izvodi biološko sušenje otpada (8) s dovodom zraka, u kojem se zrak ispušta kroz plino i paro propusnu, ali vodonepropusnu membranu (3) te odlaganje osušenog otpada iz zgrade, pri čemu punjenje zgrade (1) i provođenje biološkog sušenja i eventualno odlaganje otpada (8) ne mijenjaju oblik krova, a punjenje zgrade (1) odrađuje se na način da odbacuje otpad (8) uz pomoć uređaja za prijenos (7) za stalni prijenos otpada (8), pri čemu gomilanje otpada (8) zauzima prostor do takve visine hrpe (2) da je udaljenost između krova i najviše točke hrpe (2) manje od 2m, poželjno manje od 1,5m, posebno 20 do 100cm, i da plino i paro propusna, a ipak vodonepropusna membrana (3) zgrade (1) je dizajnirana tako da je fleksibilna i pritisnuta prema gore uređajem za prijenos (7) na lokalnoj razini tijekom punjenja zgrade (1).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je hrpa (2) tijekom biološkog sušenja prožeta ugljičnim dioksidom ispod.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da otpad (8) je gomilan do visine istovara koja je ravnomjerna po cijeloj površini zgrade (1).
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1,2 ili 3, naznačen time da je hrpa (2) gomilana na visinu manju od 2m, posebno manju od 3m.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 4, naznačen time da ispuštanje otpada(8) zauzima prostor kod kojeg se isporučuje brzinom uređaja za prijevoz (7) za kontinuirani prijevoz otpada (8)
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da brzina isporuke doseže najmanje 2m/s, poželjno najmanje 3m/s.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 6, naznačen time da je uređaj za prijenos (7) uvučen kao ona koji pogoduje napretku punjenja unutar zgrade (1).
8. Uređaj za izvođenje postupka prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 7, naznačen time da sadrži zatvorenu zgradu (1) za zaprimanje otpada gomilanog u hrpu (2), krov zgrade koji je dizajniran kao plino i parno propusan, a ipak da sadrži vodonepropusnu membranu (3), uređaj za prijenos (7) pogodan za kontinuirani prijenos otpada (8) u unutrašnji dio zgrade (1), i uređaj za sušenje prožeto ugljičnim dioksidom za sušenje hrpe otpada prožeto ugljičnim dioksidom, pri čemu krov zgrade (1) je izveden tako da je nepromjenjiv u svom razmještaju i uređaj za prijenos (7) sadrži razmaknicu (12), poželjnu u obliku luka, koji se proteže uglavnom paralelno s transportnom trakom iznad zadnjeg luka i da doseže kraja za isporuku (11), a uređaj za prijevoz (7) je izveden tako da njegov kraj za isporuku (11) je niži nego krov zgrade (1) za maksimalno 2m, poželjno najviše 1,5m, posebno 20 do 100cm, a plino i paro propusna, ali vodonepropusna membrana (3) je izvedena u fleksibilnom obliku.
9. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time da krov od zgrade (1) u obliku ravnog krova.
10. Uređaj prema patentnim zahtjevima 8 i 9, naznačen time da je uređaj za prijevoz (7) izveden u obliku transportne trake.
