Claims (15)
1. Članak načinjen od višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala koji sadrži središnji element (I) koji se nalazi između prvog i drugog ojačavajućeg sloj (B) kako bi se formirala struktura (B)-(I)-(B), naznačen time što navedeni središnji element (I) sadrži:
– prvi i drugi strukturni sloj (A), od kojih svaki sadrži najmanje jedan sloj od vlakana iglama perforiranih iglama termoplastičnog tipa, gdje su navedeni strukturni slojevi (A) impregnirani duromernom smolom;
– treći ojačavajući sloj (B), koji se nalazi između navedena dva strukturna sloja (A),.
gdje navedeni prvi, drugi i treći ojačavajući sloj (B), koji se sastoje od vlaknastog materijala, sadrže jedan ili više tipova vlakana koja se bira iz skupine koju čine staklena vlakna, prirodna vlakna, ugljična vlakna, bazaltna vlakna, kevlarska vlakna, aramidna vlakna ili smjesa takvih vlakana
2. Članak u skladu s prethodnih patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što navedeni središnji element (I) sadrži najmanje jedan razdvojni lement (S) koji se nalazi između prvog i drugog strukturnog sloja (A), gdje navedeni razdvojni element (S) sadrži sloj od ekspandiranog termoplastičnog polimera, impregniranog duromernom smolom.
3. Članak u skladu s prethodnih patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što navedeni središnji element (I) sadrži dva razdvojna elementa (S).
4. Članak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2 ili 3, naznačen time što se između svakog razdvojnog elementa (S) i njemu najbližeg strukturnog sloja (A), ili pak između dva susjedna razdvojna elementa, nalazi najmanje jedan ojačavajući sloj (B).
5. Članak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sadrži najmanje jedan vanjski pokrovni sloj (D) primijenjen na navedeni prvi ili drugi ojačavajući sloj (E) u strukturi (B)-(I)-(B), gdje se navedeni vanjski pokrovni sloj (D) bira između sloja tkanine, prirodne kože, umjetne kože ili netkanog materijala.
6. Članak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni vlaknasti materijal u navedenim ojačavajućim slojevima (B) sadrži staklena vlakna i/ili prirodna vlakna pomiješana s jednim ili više tipova vlakana koja se bira iz skupine koju čine ugljična vlakna, bazaltna vlakna, kevlarska vlakna ili aramidna vlakna.
7. Članak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se navedena termoplastična vlakna u navedenom iglama izudaranom sloju bira između poliesterskih vlakana, poliamidnih vlakana, polipropilenskih vlakana ili njihovih smjesa, a po mogućnosti su to poliesterska vlakna.
8. Članak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni sloj ekspandiranog termoplastičnog polimera u navedenom razdvojnom elementu (S) sadrži polimer koji se bira iz skupine koju čine poliester, polipropilen, poliuretan, poliamid ili njihove smjese; po mogućnosti poliester i/ili poliuretan.
9. Članak u skladu s jednim ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što vanjski strukturni slojevi (A) u navedenom središnjem elementu (I) sadrže sloj od iglama izudaranih vlakana.
10. Članak u skladu s jednim ili više patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 9, naznačen time što navedeni sloj ekspandiranog termoplastičnog polimera u navedenom razdvojnom elementu (5) sadrži poliesterski i/ili poliuretanski polimer.
11. Članak u skladu s jednim ili više od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što koegzistiraju najmanje dva dijela višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala različite debljine.
12. Komponenta za automobile, naznačena time što sadrži članak načinjen od višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
13. Postupak priprave članka načinjenog od višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima:
(i) redanja navedenih strukturnih slojeva (A) i navedenih ojačavajućih slojeva (B) jednog na drugi, čime se dobiva višeslojni paket;
(ii) vrućeg tiještenja navedenog višeslojnog paketa u kalupu i dobivanja navedenoga načinjenog od višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala.
14. Postupak u skladu s prethodnih patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što se korak (ii) provodi na temperaturi koja se može kretati od 90 °C do 180 °C, po mogućnosti između 110 °C i 150 °C.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13 ili 14, naznačen time što navedeni korak (i) također uključuje umetanje između slojeva navedenog višeslojnog paketa jednog ili više dodatnih slojeva materijala, u skladu sa željenim redanjem, gdje se navedene slojeve bira između:
– razdvojnog elementa (S), koji sadrži sloj od ekspandiranog termoplastičnog polimera, impregniranog duromernom smolom;
– pokrovnog sloja (D), kojeg se bira između sloja tkanine, prirodne kože, umjetne kože ili netkanog materijala.
