Claims (8)
1. Postupak utvrđivanja proizvodnje mikotoksina u unutarnjem okolišu koji obuhvaća korake:
a) uzimanje uzorka zraka iz unutarnjeg okoliša, i zatim
b) utvrđivanje volatilnih organskih spojeva (engl. volatile organic compounds, VOC) u uzorku,
naznačen time što korak b) obuhvaća traženje kemijskog otiska koji se sastoji od barem jedne ciljne molekule koja je VOC povezan s proizvodnjom mikotoksina i koja se izabire iz grupe koju čine ylangen, D germakren, 1,1-dimetilbutilbenzen, 1,1,2-trimetil-propil-benzen, 1-heksiltetradecilbenzen, tetratetrakontan, 1-etildecilbenzen, hidroksitoluen butilat, 1-butiloktilbenzen i 1-propilnonilbenzen.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što ta ciljna molekula obuhvaća barem dvije ciljne molekule koje se izabiru iz grupe koju čine kububen, kadien, kopaen, ilangen, D germakren, muurolan, 1,1-dimetilbutilbenzen, 1,1,2-trimetil-propil-benzen, 1-heksiltetradecilbenzen, tetratetrakontan, 1-etildecilbenzen, hidroksitoluen butilat, 1-butiloktilbenzen, 1-propilnonilbenzen, 2-metilizoborneol, barem jedan seskviterpen i od kojih je barem jedna cijna molekula seskviterpen.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što kemijski otisak obuhvaća sve navedene ciljne molekule.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što obuhvaća korak traženja zona kontaminiranih gljivicama koji se provodi prije koraka (a).
5. Postupak utvrđivanja proizvodnje mikotoksina u unutarnjem okolišu prema zahtjevu 1 koji obuhvaća korake:
a) uzimanje uzorka zraka iz unutarnjeg okoliša; zatim
b) utvrđivanje VOC-ova u uzorku, koje obuhvaća utvrđivanje prisutnosti ili odsutnosti određenih poznatih VOC-ova koji nastaju u metabolizmu gljivica, gdje ti poznati VOC-ovi obuhvaćaju barem jedan VOC iz svake od sljedeće tri kategorije VOC-ova:
1) VOC-ovi koji se oslobađaju nezavisno o vrsti gljivice i mediju u kojem se nalazi, i koje oslobađaju samo gljivične vrste;
2) VOC-ovi koji se oslobađaju nezavisno o vrsti gljivice i mediju, i koje oslobađaju i biološke vrste koje nisu gljivice;
3) VOC-ovi koji se oslobađaju kao funkcija vrste gljivice i/ili medija u kojem se nalazi;
c) izračun kemijskog indeksa fungalne kontaminacije kao funkcije u vezi s prisutnosti i odsutnosti poznatih VOC-ova koji dolaze iz metabolizma gljivica,
naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća korak (d) traženja kemijskog otiska koji se sastoji od barem jedne ciljne molekule koja je VOC povezan s proizvodnjom mikotoksina.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što se ta ciljna molekula izabire iz grupe koju čine kububen, kadien, kopaen, ilangen, D germakren, muurolan, 1,1-dimetilbutilbenzen, 1,1,2-trimetil-propil-benzen, 1-heksiltetradecilbenzen, tetratetrakontan, 1-etildecilbenzen, hidroksitoluen butilat, 1-butiloktilbenzen, 1-propilnonilbenzen, 2-metilizoborneol i barem jedan seskviterpen.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačen time što se kemijski otisak sastoji od barem dvije ciljne molekule od kojih je barem jedna seskviterpen.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačen time što kemijski otisak obuhvaća sve navedene ciljne molekule.
