Abstract

Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje za cjevovode koji sprovode tekućine, odnosno armature, sa tijelom ventila (6), koje je u suštini izrađeno u obliku čašice, čiji se poprečni presjek prema dolje smanjuje, za zatvaranje i otvaranje ispusta ventila (3), sa čašicom sa opnom (9), koja je pričvršćena na plivajuće tijelo (11) ventila, i sa zaštitnom navlakom (8), postavljenom između tijela ventila i čašice sa opnom (9), koja se može nalaziti u različitim zatvorenim, odnosno otvorenim položajima preko ispusnih otvora (10) tijela ventila (6), karakteriziran time, što čašica sa opnom (9) ima unutrašnju konturu koja se u suštini, u skladu sa vanjskom konturom tijela ventila (6), širi prema gore.Patent sadrži još 11 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (12)

1. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje za cjevovode koji sprovode tekućine, odnosno armature, sa tijelom ventila (6), koje je u suštini izrađeno u obliku čašice, čiji se poprečni presjek prema dolje smanjuje, za zatvaranje i otvaranje ispusta ventila (3), sa čašicom sa opnom (9), koja je pričvršćena na plivajuće tijelo (11) ventila, i sa zaštitnom navlakom (8), postavljenom između tijela ventila i čašice sa opnom (9), koja se može nalaziti u različitim zatvorenim, odnosno otvorenim položajima preko ispusnih otvora (10) tijela ventila (6), karakteriziran time, što čašica sa opnom (9) ima unutrašnju konturu koja se u suštini, u skladu sa vanjskom konturom tijela ventila (6), širi prema gore.
2. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema Zahtjevu 1, karakteriziran time, što je tijelo ventila (6) u osnovi izrađeno u obliku zarubljenog stošca.
3. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema Zahtjevu 1 ili 2, karakteriziran time, što je unutrašnja kontura čašice sa opnom (9) u osnovi izrađena konusno, posebno u obliku zarubljenog stošca.
4. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 3, karakteriziran time, što čašica sa opnom (9) ima dubinu i širinu koje omogućuju, da u položaju u kojem u potpunosti naliježe preko tijela ventila (6), samo sa svojim gornjim bridom i preko zaštitne navlake (8) dolazi u kontakt sa tijelom ventila (6).
5. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 4, karakteriziran time, što je zaštitna navlaka (8) pričvršćena na vanjskoj strani čašice sa opnom (9) na rastojanju od njenog gornjeg brida.
6. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema jednom od Zahtjeva 1 do 5, karakteriziran time, što je tijelo ventila (6) postavljeno tako da je pokretno u svom ležištu (4) na ispustu ventila (3), tako da na području leđišta tijela ventila (4) može osloboditi ili zatvoriti ispust.
7. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema Zahtjevu 6, karakteriziran time, što je tijelo ventila (6) postavljeno tako da se prema dolje može izvaditi iz svog ležišta (4).
8. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema Zahtjevu 6 ili 7, karakteriziran time, što tijelo ventila (6) ispoljava unutrašnji, posebno središnji vodeći segment (14, 15), pomoću kojeg se dovodi u vođicu na, odnosno u ispustu ventila.
9. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema jednom od Zahtjeva 6 do 8, karakteriziran time, što je tijelo ventila (6) postavljeno na šipku za vođenje plivajućeg tijela (12), a posebno na gornji dio šipke za vođenje (12) i pričvršćeno na njenom središtu.
10. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema jednom od Zahtjeva 6 do 9, karakteriziran time, što tijelo ventila (6) na površini kontakta sa svojim ležištem (5) ima aksijalnu zaptivku (5).
11. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema jednom od Zahtjeva 6 do 10, karakteriziran time, što je zaštitna navlaka (8) pričvršćena na donjoj vanjskoj površini tijela ventila (6) i što služi kao sredstvo za zatezanje, koje tijelo ventila (6) pomiče iz njegovog ležišta (4), kada se plivajuće tijelo (11), odnosno čašica sa opnom (9), na koju je sa svoje druge strane pričvršćena zaštitna navlaka (8), pomiču prema dolje.
12. Ispusni ventil i ventil za provjetravanje prema jednom od Zahtjeva 6 do 11, karakteriziran time, što je između tijela ventila (6) i ispusta ventila postavljen uređaj sa oprugom, koji tijelo ventila (6) prethodno pričvršćuje za ležište tijela ventila (4).
